Had an overall great experience! Walked in with a certain vehicle in mind that I wanted to walk away with for my wife, we had a Nissan Rogue but wanted to look into trading it in to be able to get a brand new Nissan Pathfinder for the extra room & seating. This was such a smooth and easy transaction. Salesman Ed Garcia was so down to earth and friendly. Very knowledgeable with the vehicle and warranty. No pushy car salesman’s behavior, and when I made my purchase, I was happy with the price. No pushy upsales, just giving me what I asked for. They worked with me, my trade in, and even got me more than Carmax would’ve paid me. Aaron the manager was pleasant to work with, by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car and I’ve bought a lot of cars. Also to be buying a Toyota at Nissan says a lot! Me and my wife came into Nissan on Wednesday evening looking to purchase a 2026 Nissan sentra. Robert automatically took us under his wing and helped us thru our new car journey! I came in for an oil change and left with a new truck — how's that for an unexpected Saturday? I've been bringing my Rogue to Lithia Nissan for several years now for routine service and oil changes, so I'm no stranger to the team there. While I was in, I was offered a free valuation on my vehicle. I was already there, so I figured why not. That one decision turned into a whole lot more. I ended up working with Jamie to look at trucks. I laid out exactly what I was looking for, gave him all the details, and was upfront about what it would take to make a deal. Jamie took that and ran with it. He kept me informed every step of the way, never left me guessing, and was — and I mean this as the highest compliment — Horribly Honest. No smoke, no mirrors. Just straight talk, which is exactly what I needed. Long story short, I left the Rogue in their hands and drove home in a Frontier. It may not be the biggest truck on the lot, but it's the right truck for what I need right now, and I couldn't be happier with how the whole thing came together.
