I have been going to Chaparral since I was on a PW50 in the 90s, and getting the chance to take my son for his first Gear trip after getting him a PW50 for his birthday was a full circle moment. Everyone was super helpful and each department had stickers for little man which he was pumped on. KATY was especially helpfully and on top of sizing and choices for my son. Thanks for making the experience that much better Katy!

Cristian was amazing! He was super helpful and patient while helping my wife and me pick out helmets. Always had a great attitude and a smile, and even got us to sign up for a membership in a way that never felt pushy. Employees like him really make the company. I ordered from Chaparral Motorsports online and they did send the products to me. However, they sent the wrong supplies. I've emailed them and I'm awaiting their response. I'll amend this post with an update and modify the rating similarly once they respond. Notice in the attached pictures, the product I purchased contained the Chain Wax but they supplied the Chain Guard. UPDATE: Chaparral did reach back out to me. Unfortunately, the agreed resolution was a partial reimbursement. I have two cans of Chain Guard I won't be able to use and I'm out 'some' money. I'm upping the rating to 4 stars from 3 as they did reimburse me 'some' money. A 5 star rating would have been given if they supplied the products they advertised, which I originally paid for.

First time here. We went to pick up oil, filter, and a battery, but we walked out with more. Loved that they had really good quality stylish leather motorcycle jackets for women. Got one of those. Then they have these stylish good quality LS2 Helmets for a fair price. Daniel was very attentive at helping us with the Helmets. I appreciated that he was spanish speaking. If they would have had the XXL for my husband we would have walked out with two helmets instead of the one. Bathrooms were clean 👌 which I appreciated. Honestly all they would need is a coffee bar and man I would be there all day. My husband is scared to bring me back 😆
