I recently purchased my first bike, a Kawasaki Ninja 500, at Malcolm Smith Motorsports, and my experience was nothing less than stellar. Mike was an amazing salesman to deal with; he wasn't pushy at all, had a really funny sense of humor, and was incredibly informative throughout the entire process. ​The rest of the staff was also super friendly and welcoming. Cheyenne helped me pick out my gear and was super patient with me while I tried on several different helmets to find the exact right fit. ​I highly recommend everyone to shop here!

I had a great first time visiting in search of my first dirt bike. Jonathan was able to help me throughout my visit and he gave me great feedback. I wanted to shout out his customer service and friendly approach to showing me the difference between the bikes we reviewed. His patience and knowledge helped me feel better informed about the options and not rushed to make a purchase. I didn’t go home with a new dirt bike, unfortunately there’s a stop sale on a Honda CRF300L that I really liked, so I’ll have to wait. I’m a fan of the KTM XC/ XC-F models as well so definitely some more to think about/ shop around. Malcom Smith Motorsports is the nearest dealer to me and I had a great experience. I look forward to hearing back regarding the CRF300L. I’d definitely make my purchase here based on my first impressions and given they have the bike I make my decision with. I had an amazing experience at Malcolm Smith Motorsports! Eddie was absolutely awesome and made the entire buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with in every department was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I ended up buying a Yamaha R7, and I couldn’t be more excited to get out and ride it. The services department has extremely poor customer service. I highly recommend employees attend customer service training for the individuals working there or consider a replacement of all employees if it’s a poor work culture of the workspace. I am extremely grateful to Malcom Smith as a whole for providing the services on my bike due to a recall, however, It is apparent there is a big gap in customer service. I haven’t purchased a motorcycle from there and quite frankly I will never purchase from there or recommend them to anyone thanks to the poor customer service I received from the services counter. I did purchase my visor from the young lady on 8/25 @ 1030 who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and hopefully she utilizes her talents elsewhere. It’s a shame she be the only person with some sense.

Drove 2.5 hours with cash ready to buy. Spoke with Chip on the phone beforehand — he told me the bike I wanted had already sold, but said they had some used Husqvarna FE 501 bikes coming back from the Baja race that would be for sale soon. I drove out there and he said he forgot to call me back. No big deal. He showed me a few other bikes I wasn’t interested in, then talked to the manager about the used Baja bikes. Turns out they still needed service and were supposedly going to be listed around $11,500. So basically, heavily used race bikes for only a couple grand less than brand new didn’t make much sense to me. Felt a little shady, so I walked out. No hard feelings — I’ll keep looking for the right bike
