Independent Taxi Cab Company

Thank you for a fast, easy booking with an actual operator at 4am!!! Driver was prompt, courteous, car was clean. Very reasonable too! Gonna do this way more often. Cancelling my Lyft and Uber apps. This is so straight forward and I can use a card to pay like any other shopping transaction. And I DON'T have to deal with my information being shared to 3rd party distributors!!!

My driver, Elior, was very timely, pleasant, and professional. The car was super clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the entire ride. While conversing, he navigated through the traffic expertly and safely. I will definitely use this company over Lyft or Uber any day

Excellent all around. Stress free ride to LAX. Driver was totally professional and very helpful. He arrived fifteen minutes early. I have a hernia. Per my request, he took my bag off the front porch and loaded it. We got to LAX ahead of time.

I had a great experience with them. My driver picked me up from the airport and got me to my Airbnb safely and right on time. What really made the ride enjoyable was our conversation. We talked about the World Cup, and it was fun hearing how much he loves both soccer and his job. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the trip feel much shorter. Great service, a clean car, and an all-around awesome experience.

Excellent service from Independent Taxi Cab Company. The driver arrived on time, the ride was comfortable, and pricing was fair. Very professional and reliable. Highly recommended.

Excellent service... Cab Driver was 15 minutes early! Not in a hurry, he would have waited! I couldn't ask for better timing. Quick trip to LAX...21 MINUTES, FROM SANTA MONICA! NO Problems. Is less than Uber or Lyft and more accurate on departure. Easy App!

Both Harry and Muhamed were excellent. The drivers are kind and helpful. This review is for the last two drivers I had. Please thank them for me. 6/18/2026 The driver today was wonderful! He helped me load and unload my groceries. He had a great smile and a great sense of humor. He was a very good driver. I hope to get him again next time! Please thank him for me. (I forgot to get his name). But he was excellent!
