Not professional at all!!! They tell you because they don't have many wheelchair accessible to reserve 24 hours before trip. Did that, but it did not matter. Drive was suppose to pick up my 83 yr old mother and sister (66) at 8:40am got to house 9:20am. Had a will call when finish with doctor. Called at 11:24, then again at 12:04. By 1:23pm finds out that the return had been canceled by someone at the company. So then they have to find a driver (wheelchair accessibility) to come get them on Santa Monica blvd. Which was going to take an hour or more. Not a good company at all. May they never do this again to another older person who need wheelchair accessibility. Another relative had to go pick them up.
Dangerous company that isn’t vetting their drivers. My mom used this service because her hotel provided it. The male driver pushed her against the car and tried to kiss her all while she was saying no. Then he wouldn’t give her bags to her unless she gave him a $20 cash tip. Just look at all of the negative reviews. Not safe, especially for women.
This is a terrible company they got their driver ripping people off and lie that u didn’t got the extra 5 don’t drive in this company they will lie and the guys car number is 6279 he a rip off and he lie that he didn’t got the extra 5 dallor when its 11 dallor and he took 16 dallor and straight lie about it. He need to be fired
Consistently reliable. Drivers are courteous, on time, and make the experience easy from start to finish. Dispatch is responsive and communication is clear. I have always felt safe and taken care of.
Driver of vehicle #6178 at LAX refused service to multiple Black passengers, including a mother with children, then attempted to skip them to pick up others. Another driver had to intervene and state that the fare was required to be accepted. This has been formally reported to LADOT, LAX, CPUC, and the California Civil Rights Department. Unacceptable and discriminatory behavior.
Driver recklessly texting and speeding and I had to dodge a car in the crosswalk and we made contact. WILL be pressing charges for leaving the scene of a crime.
Worst taxi service. Tell me the trip is $35 without showing me the meter. The same trip cost about 20 dollars for Uber. They just wanna rip you off.
