Palm Event Center in the Vineyard

We recently had the pleasure of working at Palm Event Center on May 3rd, where our company, Rose Garden Decor, provided décor and florals for a beautiful wedding—and we can’t say enough great things about this venue and team. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The outdoor grounds are beautifully maintained and create the perfect backdrop for ceremonies and photos. Everything about the venue—from the landscaping to the layout—feels elegant, clean, and thoughtfully designed. From start to finish, the entire event was incredibly organized. Christina, the event coordinator, did an outstanding job making sure every detail was handled flawlessly. The wedding flowed seamlessly, and it truly showed in how happy the bride and groom were—they shared at the end of the night that everything was perfect. We also want to give a big thank you to Dan, the banquet manager. During cleanup and teardown, his team was extremely professional and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free for us. That kind of organization and support goes a long way. What stood out most was how well their team treated vendors. Our team was treated with kindness and respect throughout the entire event, and it’s clear they truly care about everyone involved. Highly recommend Palm Event Center to any couple or vendor looking for a beautiful, well-run venue with an amazing team behind it!

We had our wedding at The Palm Event Center and were so happy with our decision. The venue is beautiful and spacious, with both indoor and outdoor space. Also, their process is very polished and operationalized while still making our wedding feel personal and customized to us. There were some restrictions, such as extra fees for outside catering, and that we could not take any of the leftover food home with us except for cakes. However, they were very clear about these rules. Also, they helped us iron out a realistic, stress-free timeline and handled so many thoughtful details, from setting up our welcome table to providing included decor elements like easels. They also took care of packing and boxing everything up for us at the end of the night. A special shoutout to Virginia, our event planner, and Heather, our day-of coordinator! They were so organized, offered great suggestions, and made the planning process painless. Between the two of them and the venue's level of service, we didn't even need to hire a wedding planner. All of our guests kept telling us how classy and elegant the entire evening was. Thank you to the Palm Event Center team for making our day so special!

We were absolutely delighted with our decision to have our wedding at the Palms event center. The beauty of the venue speaks for itself. The team is absolutely top notch. From our first appointment with Chrissy to our planning meetings with Nicole, and the absolute rockstar coordinator Christina we couldn’t have hoped for a better team. The professionalism and care they put into their work really makes a difference. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. The food was delicious, and service was spot on. We cannot thank them enough.

I recently had my wedding reception at the Palm Event Center on 11/14/2025 and it was amazing! Right after the initial tour in October 2024, we immediately knew that this was the venue that we wanted to have our wedding reception at. It is so beautiful! Please be aware, this venue books up so fast so if you're still thinking about it - book that tour ASAP and get started!! It's so worth it. From the very beginning, we've had only positive experiences with the Palm team. The entire team was so easy to communicate and work with and we never felt any type of stress from this part of our planning process. Email responses were always lightning quick. We were introduced to our coordinator, Heather, a few months prior to our wedding date and she was a joy to work with. Very thorough and easy to communicate with. On the day of the wedding, she and the Palm team executed our vision amazingly and constantly checked in with us to make sure our wedding reception was running smoothly. The venue setup was exactly what I communicated and envisioned, and Heather adjusted where needed to make things even better. The venue was stunning and we are so happy with how everything turned out. We've received so many compliments from our friends and family in the weeks after our wedding. We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Palm Event Center! The venue is incredibly beautiful and was the perfect setting for our day. From the beginning, the entire team was so easy to work with and made the planning process feel seamless. We especially loved working with Sarah! She was wonderful throughout the entire process—always responsive, flexible, and so easy to bounce ideas off of. Whether we wanted to make a change, ask a question, or talk through an idea, we always felt supported. One thing that was especially important to us was incorporating both of our cultures into the wedding. We had a traditional Persian ceremony and also wanted to make sure we incorporated Peruvian elements throughout the celebration. Going into planning, I was a little concerned about making sure the venue could accommodate everything we envisioned, but it was so reassuring to learn that the Palm Event Center had hosted other Persian weddings and was already familiar with many of the traditions. They were also able to share examples from past weddings, which helped us visualize how we could bring everything together in the space. The entire team made us feel like our ideas were possible and helped everything come together so smoothly. We are so happy we chose the Palm Event Center and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful venue, an amazing team, and a place that can truly make your wedding feel like your own!
