Very bad experience. After three treatments, there has been no improvement—the cockroaches are actually getting bigger and more numerous. In fact, larger cockroaches throughout the house, including on the ceiling, dining table, inside the refrigerator, on our baby’s play mat, in wardrobe , on the bed, in drinking cups, on toothbrushes, and across the kitchen countertops. The technician was dishonest and unprofessional. He marked the exterior treatment as completed even though it wasn’t done. Did not show up for a rescheduled appointment without any notice. The worst part was that I saw the technician sitting in his car when I got home. He saw me arrive, but drove away, and later claimed no one was home to perform the treatment. Completely unacceptable. I’ve had to take time off work multiple times for nothing just waited at home. I would not recommend this company.

Overall, it went well. However, I do wonder why, when following up with knocking down the webs after spraying. Why aren't the webs knocked down off of nearby shrub? We have a retaining wall, for example, in the backyard and shrubbery just behind where you sit down on the edge of the retaining wall and there are thick webs, black widow webs that are still connected from the shrubs attached to the edge where one can sit down and these webs were not knocked down. I appreciate the web knockdown on the house itself. But, I think the webs should be knocked down from in between the shrubs as well. Hopefully that will get better over time.

Justin did an excellent job! He was professional, punctual, and took the time to make sure everything was completed thoroughly. The service was done efficiently, and he left everything looking great. I was contemplating discontinuing service because of the quality of the work performed by the previous service representatives. I personally saw the previous service tech attempting to spray around my property, but nothing was discharging from the sprayer. Additionally, after the technician completed his service, i snapped some pictures of cob webbs. Today , a new technician showed up and his his performance was like night and day from the previous technician. Not everyone takes their job seriousl .

I think the service is good. I like that the tech texts before they come by. I also like that you can get another service if you see any bugs in between your regular service. Adrian gave me a heads up when he was about an hour out and I appreciate that. I would love to see the tech close the gate tightly behind them as some of us have dogs. I am grateful for the help keeping my home bug free.

Giovanni is who you want to spray and de spider your home. Fast, effective, friendly, and speaking of friendly cole and Brooks could not have been nicer, more informative, and respectful of our home and property. We are excited to see the results in a month or so.

Salvador/Chava did a thorough and excellent job! He came in and explained things to me, went the extra mile and made sure to address all of my concerns. Really appreciate technicians like him that are willing to make sure the customer is happy.
