Caliber Collision

Erica Muela was my agent and Marco Lopez was the manager at the Blyth store. They both were great customer service and very friendly. They made me feel welcome and made me feel like that I was in good hands. I had problems with the other Caliber Collision in Milburn where they wouldn’t welling to take my car and made feel like my car was a piece of shit. They kept looking for excuses to not work on my car . I was very disappointed with that store. I’m glad and thank god that I gave another Caliber Collision repair store a chance (Blythe) because they made me feel comfortable and welcome and in good hands they treated me so differently and I could feel like they wanted to help me and make sure I was happy with there service. I give them a 5 star 100% satisfaction

I was very pleased with the repairs that caliber collision did on my car.Erika made sure to keep me informed of the progress and had my car back to me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend or even go back to them for future services, if necessary.

I picked up my truck from collision repair and they did a great job. All of the gaps and body lines align nicely, good paint color mach. Great customer service with text updates every two or three days.

(Our car has been to Caliber Collision on two occasions, with repairs at two different locations in Fresno. This particular review is for the second repair at the location on Blythe Ave. I hit a curb and damaged the left front wheel and tire. There was additional damage to the front axle.) TL,DR: Repairs good; not happy with front office staff The repairs are top notch. I am happy with the work performed by the technicians. They deserve four stars. The one star is for the front office staff for the following reasons: 1) The estimated completion date was March 6, 2026. At 4:00 in the afternoon on February 27 (a week ahead of that date), I received a call that the car was ready. The staff member told me that all they needed was to replace the tire and align the vehicle. If that's the case, the car is NOT ready. I know an alignment takes time and, since they close at 5:30, I won't be driving the car that day. Therefore, no need to call me a week before I expect it back if it isn't completely ready. 2) We picked up the car the following week. Everything from the trunk, and I mean EVERYTHING, was in the backseat (they never disclosed why and for that reason, the technicians would get four out of five stars). 3) After a few days of driving, we realized that the car pulled slightly to the right. I called on Monday, March 16, to let someone know and was told that someone will get back to me. No one called back. I called again on the 23rd to inform them that no one called. They apologized and assured me that someone will call. As of today, March 31st, NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK. For the record, the previous repair was done at the location on Sussex in Fresno. The repair was great and the front office support was phenomenal. Hopefully, I will not need any future repair, but if I do, I will take the car to that location.
