I had to re-review this location. The location for me is convienient so I still shop here. The customer service here is inconsistent. The management is what really influenced my review. In this case a specific "manager" named Melissa. She straight lied to me about an item being new when it was obviously used. In another instance she tried to convince I was wrong about a promotion that was clearly posted. I had to bring her the poster, yet she claimed there was some sore of disclaimer she could not provide me with and continued to argue. In both of those cases another manager came and had to resolve my issue in less than a few minutes. Someone please demote Melissa to a position she doesnt interact with customers. She is not management material.

Went in looking for some material as I had purchased a few months prior and needed more, for some reason store no longer had what I needed, but I walked around for almost an hour, passed by several employees, not one asked if I needed assistance, so I left and went to the home depot on ming and ashe, not only was I greeted upon walking into the store but withing the first 2 minutes of looking for what I need I was asked by 2 different employees if I needed help, and they were able to help. This store used to be decent to shop at but the selection of products has gotten worse and the customer service is atrocious. Thats probably the last time I'll shop at this location.

I went yesterday to buy something. I left the store and then walked back in to exchange a shirt, I told her I needed a different size and she said that's not possible. She said I could buy a new one and wait for a refund. Don't recommend this store. I won't be shopping here again.

I understand wanting to leave at 9pm but locking the doors early should be posted. I was there at 8:55. Most likely would have beat the other customers to checkout too.

The dirtiest store and the workers here are rude and don't help anyone. I went here today to get a vacuum and it was closed locally and I told four employees that I want this vacuum. They were saying that I will send someone to you but none of the four people came to me. I waited there for half an hour and I didn't get that vacuum. I came out of the store angry. They ruined my whole day. They wasted my time. The worst service is here.

I've heard you've been dealing with a few problems I have an idea id say for Lowe's Inforce security an employees proper training an to have a clear understanding an avoid miscommunication an stress an anger an all equipment should be checked to avoid being returned an all cashier's an self cashier's an all workers should be at there posts so when asked questions to avoid arguments an get roofs fixed an ceiling an all things are properly organized an stocked to avoid not being able to find things an you'll have more clients an all people are gonna want to go to lowes if it works let me know of course I will I'll give you guys another shot to improve in the future

How embarrassing is it to think you will receive a item for the price advertised. No true to advertised price be carful when shopping at low. Patrick the store manager will make you feel like less than when employees are unavailable to stock items correctly. New management or I’m the wrong color to get correct prices on displayed items. Don’t shop at this low false advertisement all over the store sad and bad customer service.
