Amazing customer service! My shoes were too small and asked to trade for a larger size, but they don’t make half sizes. I was fully prepared to send back for a refund and possibly pay shipping too. However, to my surprise they told me to keep the shoes and give as a gift or give away. Plus, refund me fully. Truly a great company to work with! I will make sure to buy from them again!

What a wonderful experience thus far! I ordered a size 8, despite reading the reviews about sizing up. Definitely need a full size up from your normal size. So I emailed customer service explaining, I love the shoes but I need to exchange them for a size 9. They emailed back expressing gratitude for my purchase, told me to find someone who wants some super cute duck boots and they will check the warehouse for my size and notify me when they are being shipped (or if they were out of stock and would notify me when they are back in stock, I assume). So sweet and so easy. I just received the email a couple days ago notifying me my new size is on the way! A great shopping experience and very sweet company. 10/10 would recommend!

This company is AMAZING! I ordered a pair of shoes and they were the wrong size for me. It wasn’t their fault but I just needed to order some thing larger. They immediately sent me a brand new pair in the correct size. On their website it didn’t look like my size would be available but somehow they made it happen. After that, I ordered a pair of boots from them. They were super cute but just not what I was looking for as far as being more waterproof. I had requested a return, they processed a full refund and said to keep the boots and to donate them to those in need. This was so heartwarming, and I honestly have never ever purchased anything from a better company!

This was my first experience with Shoetopia and it was amazing! I originally ordered 10 pairs of shoes because you can’t beat the price and there are so many cute shoes! They were shipped right away and I received them in less than a weeks time. Once received, I tried all the shoes on. They were all very cute in person- just like the pictures. I had a few items that didn’t fit quite right and I wanted to exchange or return them. I emailed their customer service and promptly heard back. They exchanged the ones I needed and told me to donate the ones that I wanted to return (AND they still refunded me). I have never had such wonderful and prompt customer service in my life. If you’re questioning whether to buy, do it!!! I’m a happy customer!

Wonderful company with great customer service! I ordered the cutest pair of shoes, but they didn’t work for me. Customer service was quick to reply and instead of returning the shoes they suggested I regift or donate them and refunded my money. I will definitely continue to shop and support them!
