Mattress Firm Outlet - Vallejo

Eric provided outstanding customer service from the moment we walked in. He made us feel welcomed. He was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the different brands of mattresses. He helped us understand what was on sale and what was regular price. I truly appreciated how easy he made the shopping for us. We laid on different mattresses making sure which one was suitable for us. He helped us in choosing the pillows and linens. I would definitely recommend asking for Eric!

Hi Eric, I just wanted to thank you for the time you spent with me yesterday. I truly appreciated how thoroughly you explained everything without rushing. You took the time to walk me through the different types of mattresses, and your professionalism really stood out. What I valued the most was your approach—you were not pushy or insistent at all. Your calm and low-key manner made the entire experience very comfortable. I always connect better with people who focus on helping rather than pressuring, and you did exactly that. Thank you again for your patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist. I truly appreciate your time and effort. Best regards, kuldip D

Purchased our new split king Tempurpedic ProBreeze bed from Ben in the Vallejo store. He was very knowledgeable, we got a great price (Memorial Day Sale) and had a speedy next day delivery. Overall we are very pleased with the entire experience.

Shout out to Ben he was very knowledgeable and professional when helping us make a purchase. Everything was smooth, painless and unforced. Definitely check them out if looking for a bed/mattress! Thanks to Kashef for helping Ben wrap my bed in plastic and carrying it out to my vehicle! Great Team!

We saw the Memorial Day deals online. We saw a mattress that fit our budget and luckily, it was available to try at the Vallejo location. Benjamin was really helpful and got us in an out. He didn’t try to get us into another more expensive mattress. We told him our budget and gave us the options available. We came back because Eric was EXTREMELY helpful the last time we were there searching for a bed. We couldn’t find the right one last time but I am glad we were able to make a deal this time. Come see Ben and Eric! They will take care of you!

Chose Mattress Firm Outlet because it was close by, reputable and because we had bought beds from this location in the past. The store is clean, well lit and has a wide array of mattresses and bases. Ben assisted us, actually twice. We came in and looked at various brands and styles on a Saturday night and then returned on Monday to purchase. Ben helped us both times, he was patient and knowledgeable about all the beds and answered all our questions. He worked with us to choose what I hope will be our dream beds, 2 of the Tempur-ProAdapt mattresses with adjustable bases. Ben’s a good guy, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm! Ben, my salesman, was incredibly thorough and patient while helping me find the perfect mattress and adjustable frame. He explained all the features so clearly and made sure I got a great deal. Kashif, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I left completely happy with my purchase. Thanks to their efforts, I’m now sleeping like a baby! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for excellent service and a stress-free buying experience. Also probs to this location for having such a large selection and variety of products! If you’re really in the market for a mattress you will not leave empty handed! Largest inventory I’ve seen at mattress firm!
