Coyote Ranch Event Venue

This is a really nice large outdoor venue that we visited for a Peninsula Open Space Trust donor event. An appropriate locale as Coyote Valley provides some critical wildlife linkages that POST has worked on. We had great sunny weather and enjoyed the large and shaded areas. It’s quite a large spread, so I’m glad we were given a map and wandered the grounds. The baby goats in the petting zoo were cute and we stumbled upon some corn-hole games and ping pong tables. The food and drink, while served buffet style was all quite tasty. If you have the opportunity to go here, take it!

Coyote Ranch was a fantastic venue! I plan corporate events and was looking for a venue for a company picnic near their office in San Jose. The staff was helpful from start to finish and when we arrived to set up yesterday morning, they already had all of the furniture in place, the games out, and the vibes going! Jenna was fire on aux and had a playlist for every occasion. Troy was super helpful in walking through our "olympic games" set up. It was great that the venue provided gunny sacks, tug of war rope, hula hoops, tons of cones, water balloons, a huge white board etc. so we didn't have to bring everything on our own. The service was awesome - the staff was incredibly nice. They were able to bring folks through the buffet line quickly by having workers serving at every station to keep it moving. Other recommendations (shaved ice, misting tent, etc) were total hits! Greatly, greatly appreciate the service and kindness of the folks at Coyote Ranch!

Done 3 events there and they have been epic! A must for school events. Make your dance into a festival! Lots of space and staff is very cordial. Love playing here. Last event was over 3000 k people. So much space there you can have loads of parking and don’t have to worry about the neighbors complaining about the noise since the ranch is so vast! Also a good place for corporate events!

I can't say enough about this place. This is such a great outdoor venue. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Sometimes when you work a new venue it's hard to get the feel of the place. At Coyote Ranch they will stop to share the best way to get the job done. I'm not a wedding crasher, but the food has me thinking about it. They really know how to cater large crowds. The food was both hot and fresh. I also want to thank the bartenders for helping my DJ services out. They kept the crowd in party mode

I'm a wedding photographer and I had the absolute pleasure of getting to document a wedding at this stunning venue. The venue employees were very helpful when I needed anything and the wedding day went so smoothly without any hiccups! The venue provides such a huge space great for all guest counts and so many beautiful photo spots! I had a blast getting to explore the property and I truly could not take a bad photo here. I can't wait to come back!
