I’ve been seeing Dr. Watkins for more than a year now and can’t say enough great things! She’s extremely knowledgeable, personable, and very thoughtful about the treatments she recommends. My skin has never looked better. Everyone in the clinic is friendly and professional - I would highly recommend for top notch care.

Dr Welsh is amazing. She is the consummate professional. While efficient with the allowed time, she covers all the bases: technical, medical, aesthetic excellence, warmth, caring, genuine interest, trustworthiness, honesty, integrity. Clearly she treats and trains her staff well. The physical environment is both beautiful and comfortable. Everything about Dr Welsh and her space sends a message of high standards and caring about patients' experience. I wish there were more drs and human beings like Dr Welsh!

Dr. Austin is amazing. I trust her completely to give me the most knowledgeable advice and treatment plan in my anti-aging journey and overall skin health. The staff is also some of the most pleasant people to deal with. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctor’s assistants, everyone is so kind and friendly. It’s a happy place. ❤️

I’ve been a patient at BACD for over 5 years. Beautiful facility, with a kind and professional treatment team. Dr. Austin is one of the best doctors in California- and certainly the best the of the Bay Area. I’ve been treated for skin issues that other doctors cannot properly diagnose or treat. But Dr. Austin has phenomenal knowledge of skin, women’s health, and treatments for those that are multi-ethnic. (Like myself!) Most of all she educates the patient on how to care for their body and skin for the best long term effects. This includes having amazing products to treat the skin.
