Ana did such an amazing job on my brows. She takes her time making sure she gets the shape you want and listens to your feedback. I haven’t had my brows look this good in years. She also answered any questions I had about other services. Very friendly and fun conversation. Will definitely be rebooking with Ana

Susana is awesome and so quick! She’s so gentle too, always made me feel ready for the pulls and communicated super clearly the whole time. I always come in nervous and leave super happy and satisfied with the experience. Would recommend her to anyone!

Porsoua does an amazing job! She really takes her time to make sure everything is done right, and she’s so personable — she makes the whole experience comfortable and easy. I’ll be booking all my future appointments with her!

Lady at the front counter has horrible customer service. Checking in for appointment and she immediately came off very aggressive. No how are you, no friendly greeting or smile, just started talking to me like I was in trouble for something. There is multiple forms you need to sign now, which I understand. However she wanted to have me stand there and she read them to me over the counter. Forms were on a iPad where we could sit down and read/ sign on our own but she insisted she read it to me. Come to find out she was the manager at the facility. I feel she needs to be pulled from the counter until she can be given some customer service training because she left me felling like I never wanted to come back here. I have been a member of EWC for 3 years and I’m glad my wax passes have ran out. The waxer on the other hand was very kind & did a great job with the services.

The specialists are so kind ☺️ Both Ana and Susanna are wonderful! They calmed my nerves and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. They both have amazing service!

Courtney was great for this first timer lol she helped ease any fears I had and talked to me to keep my mind off the process which in all actuality was way easier and less painful than I had anticipated. shes been doing this along time and got me in and out with out feeling rushed. I will definitely be back

I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. I have been coming here regularly for approximately three years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. The woman today at the front desk was extremely rude, disrespectful, and condescending. When an issue arose, rather than simply acknowledging the concern or offering an apology, she continued to argue with me and seemed determined to prove that she was right and I was wrong. I made it clear that I did not want to argue and tried to end the conversation, but she continued. The entire interaction was unnecessary, uncomfortable, and incredibly unprofessional. Someone working at the front desk is often the first impression customers have of a business, and customer service should never involve talking down to or arguing with customers. After being a regular customer for about three years, this was by far the worst experience I have had here. I am extremely disappointed that a longtime customer would be treated this way.
