Store manager Alex helped my family and I and was awesome! Super patient considering we had an insane amount of questions before purchasing. Helped us save a ton of money on more than just cellular service. Definitely recommend going in even if it’s just to compare!

Richard did an amazing job helping me out and getting me into a new Google pixel phone. I am handicapped and he helped me do everything out of my truck in the parking lot. I've been to this location three times and three times I've been dealt with wonderfully by the staff. Store was Immaculate uncongested plenty of employees ready to serve my needs. It seems very anxious to be old one help me however cuz I'm still financing how my account as far as my credit goes there wasn't much they could do at this time they're definitely helpful thank you

I'm usually not a fan of going into the Verizon store, but this experience has changed my perspective. Issa was the best! Immediately greeted me. Knowledgeable of products and current offers. Engaging with both me and my son. Highly recommend. Also a shoutout to Jorge who assisted when one of the phones we ordered came in. Great service all around!

I asked to open an account for WiFi, They messed up and opened me 2 accounts on accident for WiFi, it got reported to my credit that I didn’t pay my account, when I called to tell them I pay they said I have 2 accounts, I told them I didn’t open it, they said they’ll close it and fix it. They never fixed anything and my credit score dropped by 47 points
