I visited the store regarding an issue with my phone, specifically a severe network problem. A guy named Sam behaved in a very rude manner; his way of speaking is completely inappropriate

This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had. The employee AJ was dismissive from the start. His demeanor felt unnecessarily rough and unprofessional. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse treating customers poorly. Overall, what should have been a simple experience was made unnecessarily stressful, and I hope management addresses it so others don’t have a similar experience.

Waited for an hour, as soon as the associates were done helping other people, they just started gossiping among each other. Tall dark guy skipped us through the line and jumped on helping other female. If you can speak English, go to a different location.

My phone had all.my apps on one page. I didn't like it. So I asked the first store and was actually told they didn't know how to fix it. So I drove clear over to west Shaw. Took the man less than 2 minutes to fix. He even showed me how to fix it if it happened again. I give that West Shaw office a 10.

I am a real estate agent and business owner, and I expect professionalism and transparency in my business interactions. About a month ago, I switched both my business internet and mobile line to Verizon. From the first bill, there were discrepancies. Although the billing issue has now been corrected through customer care, my experience at the store was extremely disappointing. When I questioned why my invoice did not match the amount quoted at the time of purchase, JOSE ROCHA, who identified himself as the store manager, was dismissive and unprofessional. He stated there was no solution, refused to take responsibility for the pricing that was presented to me, and ultimately walked away mid-conversation without offering assistance. This level of conduct is not acceptable from a Verizon store representative, especially someone claiming to be a manager. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

we just got a new phone tablet and a watch from this location . HARNOOR helped us with the order and gave us the best deal . He really knew what he was doing
