The guy with tattoos on his neck is straight rude. I've never experienced customer service like this before. Please train your staff better, just because you are not corporate doesn't mean your staff can treat customers horrible.

I always have bad experiences in this store. Today my husband and I went in to talk about our bills, when we came in, no one greeted us or ask if we needed anything. I had to do their job and ask if ANYONE can help me, but both parties didn’t want to help me and the black guy ran off and pointed to the Mexican girl and the Mexican girl acted like we were a disease. You can tell both parties didn’t want to assist us. If they didn’t want to assist us, they could have told us to wait and they will get someone to help us. Not be rude and running away from their job. We decided to cancel our service because the people you hired were rude and has no will to assist others!!!!!

I went in this morning to turn in my cable box. I’ve been a customer for 13 years and according to the app I’m a Diamond Customer 🙄 I was spoken to like a child by a *child. DO NOT go here! Turn in your cable box to UPS. No hassle. Received a receipt, no questions asked. To the manager that I spoke to that at Xfinity on Kings Canyon: Make an effort to explain to your workers that they’re not on the streets, they’re in an office. Act like it. All the remodeling doesn’t change the terrible service.

Went today because I had a problem with my plan and they did absolutely nothing to help. All the employees are sitting and laughing. The guy that helped me got seemingly upset based on his facial expression when I said I wanted to remove my phone from the plan and he said to call instead when he could’ve done it himself, he just didn’t want to and said he couldn’t help. They get paid to help clients and he turned me away. The employees are just as bad, can’t even help retain customers.

DO NOT WORK WITH FELIPE The most disrespectful service I ever had. I went in on May 14 and asked for assistance from Felipe, who treated me so terribly. I needed help with transferring my Apple ID to my new device, to which Felipe and his coworkers rushed me out and showed no compassion. I wasn’t mean or yelling or cursing at them. You can check the cameras. But they alienated me and said I was being rude for asking for help. Felipe, you are a disgusting vile person for raising your voice at me licking me out for wanting help. What if I was your family member??? I have no one to help me and left feeling the same way. You seriously need to fire Felipe and teach your staff how to have patience. It seems they only care if you want to buy something instead of ask for help . Awful terrible experience.

One of the most pathetic xfinity stores that I’ve ever been to. How is it the case, that xfinity national customer service makes an appointment for me to come to this store for my phone to solve a problem, and then when I arrive, the customer service reps tell me that they can’t help me and that instead I have to go to another store 5 miles away! Total and absolute INCOMPETENCE! When I was dealing with my WiFi, this same nonsense took place. When I came back to solve a problem for my phone that XFINITY HQ, told me to do, once agai, "sorry we can’t help". Like WHAT ARE YOU BEING PAID FOR?

One of the worst customer services. The people who work here seem like they don’t have a clue on how to do their job and send you to different locations. I had to go back and forth to fix a problem I had on a trade in. They also have an attitude 🤣
