ITech Xpress Phone & Computer

I'm never happy when I have to take one of my broken devices here for repair, but I am comforted by the fact that I am going to get back a working phone and excellent customer service. Here they are honest about your options and expected outcomes. My family has saved so much on cancelling phone insurance and taking our phones here to get fixed instead (although you might still need insurance if your phone is lost or stolen). This last time I was in with a broken screen, they were so super helpful and patient and even offered a free fix on a smaller issue. They provide repair service on other devices as well, like laptops, tablets, computers, speakers, headphones, etc. They also sell refurbished items. I haven't bought anything here yet, but with the excellent service I have had on all of our devices, I would guess they are in great shape.

Broke my phone, few minutes later my screen came right off, the internal ribbons were cut. ITech fixed it in 30 minutes at an affordable price. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Do NOT waste your money here. I paid $200 for a screen replacement, and the screen was defective from DAY ONE. It ended up cracking even with a screen protector on it, and when I went back expecting them to stand behind their work, they wanted to do absolutely NOTHING about it. Instead, they had the audacity to ask me for ANOTHER $100 to replace the defective screen — just days after I had already paid them $200. So basically, pay $200 for a defective screen and then another $100 when it fails. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I used to be here often when my kids were younger. Its been at least 10 years since I stepped foot in here. And I was remembered by name! Now its my grandkids breaking stuff. Ive never had anything that couldnt be fixed. They always take of me. Thank you! My granddaughter is going to be thrilled t9 have her ipad back!.

I’ve been going to Itech Xpress in Covina for years now and they never disappoint! Whether I need repairs, accessories, or just advice, the team is always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They’ve fixed my devices quickly and at fair prices every single time. I’ve also purchased several preowned devices from them and couldn’t be happier with the quality and value. Everything was in great condition and worked perfectly. If you’re in the Covina area and need phone, tablet, or tech help, I highly recommend Itech Xpress. Honest service, great selection, and friendly staff — they’ve earned my business for the long term!

I am so pleased with their service. My Google pixel S was left on top of my car, flew off while we were driving. Found it half an hour later in the street, it looked completely destroyed and amazingly they were able to restore the screen to like new!

Disappointed. Walked in and zero acknowledgement from counter person at anytime. Felt negative vibes and after 10 minutes of being ignored left and will never come back. I went in to have my laptop fixed after hearing good things, customer service fail.
