uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

We’ve trusted uBreakiFix in Cerritos more than once now, and Isaac and the entire team have been amazing every single time. Most recently, they helped us with my son’s HP Omen gaming PC. They went above and beyond to make sure the issue was completely resolved, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and explained everything in a way that both my teenage son and I could understand. They did need an extra day because of an unexpected issue, but they communicated that right away, and I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. The repair was reasonably priced, the optional protection they offered gave us extra peace of mind, and most importantly, the computer is working great again. Great customer service, excellent communication, and people who genuinely care about taking care of their customers. Thank you, Isaac, and the entire team! I highly recommend uBreakiFix Cerritos.

Isaac really helped me out and educated me on the myth of submerging a wet phone in rice vs the correct method of using silica gel for moisture absorption. He replaced my iPhone screen and my phone is as good as new. He was really knowledgeable and quick on the fix. Thank you!! Highly recommend this spot for screen repair.

Omar and Kevin are great!! I was sent here through Assurion to fix my cracked lens, and he did an amazing job! It turns out it wasn’t cracked, I had a cover and the cover was cracked. He did not try to upsell me, but he did let me know that with Verizon I do have extra Cleaning services available at no charge-I did not realize how dirty my phone was, and he took care of it! He made everything beautiful on my phone, replaced the camera lens protector, and by the time he handed me my phone, it was as good as you! I will definitely bring my entire family here and come here from now on! They were quick and pleasant!I appreciate that!

I highly recommend this place for computer repairs and technical support. Isaac went above and beyond throughout the entire process, taking the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and keeping me informed every step of the way. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were exceptional. He did an outstanding job fixing my device. If you're looking for reliable service and someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, this is the place to go.

I had an excellent experience! Omar was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me with my game console. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working before I left. His patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service made the entire process stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to helping customers. Five-star service all the way—thank you, Omar, for the outstanding support!

Tom was absolutely amazing 👏 so helpful so quick , came in and got my phone fixed right up! Thankful for their service, I won't have to start my week stressed out.

I have insurance through Verizon and was told to make a claim and went to this location. Isaac was very helpful and quick to identify the issue while explaining why and what to do in the future. I got here right when they opened and was quickly helped. This location is very convenient, it has a shared lot but there is a coffee shop next door if you need to kill time. My phone was done in 2 hours!
