Eduardo was the best. He pulled up my claim through Samsung Care+ quickly, explained which part was needed for my repair and got it ready for the next day since I brought it in close to closing. He also gave me an expected completed time for the next day but did advise I call first to make sure it was ready before I came back in. I called the next day and confirmed it was ready. I was able to easily retrieved it. (In fact it took longer to write this review then it did to pick the phone up).🤣 Amazing service from Ubreakifix! I highly recommend.

I do construction and maintenance work, my phone gets damaged pretty frequently. The team at Ubreakifix on S. Western always gives great customer service and completes my repair in a short amount of time. They are very quick and professional I will continue to bring my devices to this location for all my repair needs.

David and his team are incredible!!! He totally saved my phone and charged me a very low, reasonable price. So easy to work with and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anybody. Come get your device fixed here!!!

Superior customer service and very personable. Dropped my phone off on a Saturday and got it back the following Friday. Hands down, my phone is in better working condition than the first day I bought it couple of years ago. The screen of my phone was hanging by the silver copper wire and no display was showing. From intake the initial tech agent was extremely friendly and actively listened to everything I was explaining about the phone. The process was shockingly painless, and everything was broken down in a way that made me feel like I was a part of the team. I wish I remembered the initial tech agents name, but Michael was present and very personable when I came to pick up my phone. He was kind and informative about the whole process and even assisted me through signing up for the coverage plan for additional electronic devices at home. I am beyond impressed and above satisfied with the service and the pricing. You will not be sorry.

Great customer service and fast repair. The technician who fixed my cracked phone screen was John and he did a great job. Also Ross (I think that was his name) was very helpful and patient with not just me but to all the customers I saw him help. I didn't get the name of the worker who helped me when I picked up my phone, but he was very courteous as well.

This place is able to work with water damaged phones. I needed my sons proximity sensor disconnected and they were able to do this in 30 minutes for $50. This place is clean, and has good customer service. There was no long line it's just the parking, there isn't much being this is a popular shoping center. Doesn't have anything to do with the service tho. I will go back and refer friends
