I found a credit car skimmer on one of the ATM machine last Sunday. I called the police and made a report. On Monday I called the bank asked for a manager but was told she wasn't available I then told the guy about the situation and ask him to have the manager call me because I have important information about the suspect. He said she was busy and he will let her know amd before he hung up the phone he said I'm sure she not gonna call you back. This is the third time I tried speaking with the manage and in one year span due to simular situation they don't care about ther customers and I fell like they are not taking the matter seriously.

I’m honestly frustrated with the level of service at this branch. Every time I come in, there are only two tellers working, and the lines are extremely long. This affects both regular customers and business clients, which is very inconvenient—especially when we’re on tight schedules. As a business customer, time is extremely important, and waiting in line for extended periods on a regular basis is not acceptable. It feels like this is an ongoing issue, not just a one-time situation. I would really appreciate it if management could address staffing during busy hours and improve efficiency at this location. Better customer service and shorter wait times would make a huge difference.

My experience with Bank of America has been terrible. Several times I visited the branch to withdraw my own money and was told they didn’t have enough cash. That’s inexcusable for a major bank. On top of that, customer service is slow, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Horrible experience. Only one teller working for regular customers. There was a long line and nobody cared. The Branch Manager was also non responsive and non responsible. 😡

There is a guy name gursimran he is a non sense guy he doesn't have too much knowledge of his bank work he everytime call his senior for help I go over there to set up autopay for credit card bill and he doesn't know about it then I ask in counter same guy gursimran he told me he just only have 1 bill of 100 dollar of 1 dollars and I ask for more new bills he said all bills he have and everything is gone I see he have too much new bills he didn't gave he is very rude and unprofessional who the guy gave him jobs fire that type of guy too much bad service.

Waited for an hr to get in then was asked to leave because it was almost closing time. Then, I came back next day and waited for an hr as well only to get in to this big surprise! ONLY TWO EMPLOYEES HELPING HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WAITING OUTSIDE! This’s insane !!! Why not hiring more ppl to make customers experience here a lot easier! I’m just very disappointed

Disappointed. The operating system indicated this location closes at 5 PM but in reality it closes at 4 PM. Sadly, I wasted my time driving here.
