Strange procedures like: 1. Holding funds for seven business days on a cashiers check from my own personal bank account to my business account. 2. Not allowing checks to be cashed written to employees without a phone call verification. So if you’re a busy person like myself and cannot answer your phone, your employees will be turned away. 3. They offer no fraud protection on business accounts. $5,000 spent in three days via GrubHub over 50 different transactions with no fraud alerts or reimbursements for the fraudulent charges. Most banks would file fraud charges with GrubHub on your behalf and get you reimbursed. No action was ever taken. Small bank with a I don’t care about you attitude, not really what I was hoping for with a small bank.

I walk into Fresno First Bank usually a couple times a week for Business Banking. Periodically I need something notarized. Stephanie, and Jen are amazing. They are always very helpful along with everyone else in their branch. They always take good care of my Business Bankkng needs.

I have been a member of FFB for over 2 and a half years now and Jessica always greets me with a smile and her customer service is 10/10. I love having my business bank account there and the fact that she always greets me with professionalism and excellent customer service. 🙂

I’ve never had a negative experience here. Everyone is so friendly- Especially Jessica who always makes us feel so welcomed and personalizes our experience! FFB is active in the community always have donations and drives for charities. Definitely not the cold dry bank experiences that I’ve had at other places, where going to the bank feels like a chore. They make it fun, even decorating for all the holidays! We are FFB customers for life!!!
