I have two personal accounts and 6 business accounts and have had a great experience in the last 10+ years at this bank. They have helped me with personal and business loans and have helped during every step of the way. I have dealt with many Business Managers and Presidents over the years but the current Vice President and Branch Manager KP Pant I've had the utmost pleasure in working with. He has always been there for any concerns and always has given his 100% in helping me with any situation. Great Bank, Great staff, would definitely recommend to everyone.

This is my first experience with State Bank of India, Fresno, California branch. As soon as I entered the bank, the manager himself approached and greet us. He answered all of my questions in great detail while we waited for very nice employee (Amrit Sandhu). It was almost closing time but she and the manager waited very patiently for 20-25 minutes after scheduled closing of the bank. Very nice people. Everybody is so friendly. I am a permanent client of this bank now! Good customer service goes a long way... Thank you so much Amrit and thanks to the manager too.

My experience with SBI CAL Fresno, CA branch is five star. I get a very friendly and prompt service every time. If there is a concern ever I bring up to the staff members, it is taken care of very promptly. I am extremely happy with my banking experience. I applaud the staff & management for making banking at Fresno branch an extremely pleasant experience. I wish them a lot of success and a prosperous future in California.

I came in to the Branch Office to request ID verification for some important bank work back in India. Dan S. helped me right away and over the next few weeks continued to follow up with the Indian branch, as well as keeping me updated.
