Planet Fitness

One of the worst-maintained gyms on Shaw Ave. This leg extension machine has been out of order for about 7 days and still hasn’t been fixed. It’s surprising that the staff haven’t noticed or taken care of it yet. Members pay every month, so basic equipment maintenance should be a priority. Hopefully management starts paying attention and fixes these issues quickly.

Virleny has the brightest smile and she makes me feel very welcomed to PF and my new community of Fresno! I’ve traveled all over for work and never have I ever experienced such quality customer service! 10/10 excellent staff all around! Atmosphere is very clean. As a nurse, I appreciate the measures the staff takes to keep it that way!

Ari was really professional and knowledgeable he helped me setup my different type of membership through my work insurance. He made the process easy. Gym was clean the rest of the staff was friendly.

I really enjoy coming to Planet Fitness. The staff and team members are always friendly, respectful, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and helped me when I had questions about the gym and equipment. The gym is clean and has a positive atmosphere. Specially i wanna thanks to Virleny, TC, Alondra. they helped me a lot and made me feel at ease. I’m really happy with my experience, and I’d recommend this gym to everyone—especially because of the great behavior and support from these three, and the whole team

Been coming to planet fitness at the Valentine and Shaw location for awhile, very nice front desk workers! They always acknowledge you and say hello as you come in! Most equipments are available and work as well, never had a problem with anyone at the gym. Overall, very clean and comfortable gym experienc.
