Planet Fitness

Natasha provided outstanding customer service during my visit to Planet Fitness. She was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions with a positive attitude. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the members and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. Employees like Natasha make a big difference and are a big reason I enjoy coming to this gym. Thank you for the excellent service!

I just want to think Angie so much for her professionalism and being patient with helping me transfer from the Bakersfield location to Clovis. She saw that I was being put through a runaround and quickly nipped it in the butt for me and got me situated. If you have any problems or issues, I highly recommend you come here and speak to her. Her customer service is on point and her gym is very clean and welcoming.

I love starting my mornings here. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well kept, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Natasha at the front desk is consistently friendly and in a great mood. She also helped me sign my kids up for the high school program and made the whole process easy. It's a great place to work out, and the positive atmosphere keeps me coming back.

The gym looks amazing! It’s clean, new machines and has so much more equipment than before. There are plenty of options for different workouts, and the whole place feels fresh and welcoming. I’m really impressed with the upgrades and excited to keep coming back! 💪🏼

I've been attending for two weeks now and I am very happy with my choice of gyms to attend. When I first visited, I was shown around by David who did a fantastic job of walking me through the gym and explaining the different workout areas. He also allowed me to check out the locker room to check for cleanliness and explained their high standards for keeping all areas of the gym clean. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and by the end of our walk-through he went over how I could sign-up, either in person or online. Since attending, other staff (Nate) have done a wonderful job asking my questions on what the different machines are as well as explaining how to utilize the Black Card Membership perks. The only issue I have is that they require monthly membership payments to be directly debited from your bank account instead of being able to use a credit card. I am not a fan of giving that kind of access, but there was no other way around it. Overall, I like this gym. It is clean, well maintained and it has a good vibe - especially for middle aged gym newbies like me. 🙂
