24 Hour Fitness

Trying out every gym in the area. This one just really did not resonate with me at all. Very dirty and dusty. The gym itself is very very hot even though you see a million vents. The one big fan they have in there is not nearly enough, i was sweating bullets by the end of my first set. Not to mention the machine handles are all really slippery and could really benefit from some grip covers on them. For a gym this big, you would also expect some weight plate holders around but instead you have to walk to whatever machine has the plate you need and take it off. Locker room and showers are pretty dingy. Staff was friendly but the gym itself has lots of room for improvement. The proper care just needs to be shown to it and I could see it being a lot more enjoyable. I will try another 24 hour fitness to see if its any better.

The best Fitness ever in LA Tony is the great staff friendly and Kai and The recommended all the good thing. I will definitely come back.

Update: although I’ve received a reply on pending improvements I still see nothings changed. I have NEVER seen a person mopping here, there continues to be dust bunnies all over the corners and machinery, and the staff is always idle on their phones. I don’t understand how this is okay with city hygiene standards. This is the nastiest gym I’ve ever been to. The paper towels are never restocked, the trash beens are always overflowing, the place is never dusted and has dust in every single corner of the gym. The bathroom constantly has a foul odor and there is trash left all over the counters. I would never shower in this club. The staff is constantly saying they are understaffed and will change at their soonest availability. Today, I was here 3 hours and not once did ANY of the paper towel dispensers have a single sheet inside. The only good thing about this place is the size of the club, variety of machines, and proximity to my house. Otherwise, I constantly have to call the staff in the middle of my workouts to remind them on custodial necessity.

I had an amazing experience at 24 Hour Fitness Hollywood! From the moment we walked in, Moises at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and made us feel right at home. Sam, the manager, was incredible- he personally gave us a grand tour of the facility and showed us everything this location has to offer. This has to be one of the most impressive 24 Hour Fitness locations I’ve ever seen. The multi-level layout, elevated design, equipment, and overall atmosphere felt next level — honestly, it gave me an experience that felt even beyond some high-end gyms like Equinox. The attention to detail, customer service, and energy from the team really stood out. Sam and Moises represent what great hospitality and leadership should look like. Highly recommend this location!

Here is a proof that they never clean the gym. The dust in pic is older than my grandmother. Always crowded and they still trying to sign people up. Luckily I don’t com to this gym often unless I have a limited time frame. I usually drive 30 mins to Glendale then coming to this where it is literally by my home. Pure trash I swear. If you’re lgbt friendly, this is the gym. If you’re old school guy and going to the gym only for training you avoid this gym at all cost. People smoke joint right outside the gym after they train, so keep that in mind if you’re coming here with your girlfriend or a family member, just avoid. The staff is always nice though, it’s just the management itself is trash
