This is the best gym I’ve ever worked out at. I’ve been a regular there for 8 years. Everyone in the morning knows my name and routine. I’ve been going there longer than probably everyone else in the gym. Jada and Raul are outstanding in particular and the majority . I remember their manager Chewy, since he was the Assistant Manager. There’s a theater, 3 rooms for team training or classes in yoga…. Stuff like that. The pool is always warm and there’s a jacuzzi, steam room and two saunas. This gym is my happy place!! I hope the people I listed are recognized for being good at what I wrote. I’ve gone to other Chuze’s and they were fine, but this gym is like Disneyland. I couldn’t imagine going somewhere else. I only wish that they’d go back to being 24 hours except weekends… I love this place!!!

Chuze is an amazing gym. The classes are great and meeting new people is a plus. Having access to the pool, sauna, and hot tub with premium membership is a great way to end a workout. I like use of the app to join a class. It is super convenient to use the app and get rewards as well. I love the friendly atmosphere every time I walk in.

This place is ok. Only started going here a few months ago because my brother recommended it. It’s a gym. Very overcrowded all the time, lots of "bros" who get angry for looking in their direction and just seem to want to hang out in machines in crowds. Fights seem to be happening more often there. Unless that’s normal because I’ve only been going a few months. The people who are actually working out are the people who are there solo. Seems like the best times to go are early in the morning or late at night so you can actually do the workouts you want and not have to fight for a machine or bench. Sauna, steam room and pool is alright, when people aren’t throwing medicine balls against the wall on the other side and shaking the entire room. Very annoying when you’re trying to do laps or wind down in the sauna after your workout. Staff seem courteous when they’re not blaming you for trashing the gym. After writing this review I think I need to find another gym lol…

I’m about 6 months in here and really like it. Lots to do, good vibes. The staff is generally good as well. When they are personable like Nate one of the guys at the counter I appreciate it. Makes a big difference for a positive experience

Chuze Fitness – Rancho Cucamonga I walked into this location with my 4‑year‑old daughter and 13‑year‑old son, genuinely interested in becoming a member. Instead of being welcomed, I was immediately treated with disrespect and condescension. The front desk employee (a young man with a mohawk—didn’t catch the name) opened the interaction with, "You’re here for what?"—not hello, not welcome, not even basic courtesy. When I asked for a tour to compare prices before signing up, I was told they would not show me the gym unless I first purchased a childcare membership. It got worse. I was then told, "I don’t think you’ll even be able to afford it, so this isn’t going to work out for you." That comment was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and humiliating—especially said in front of my children. I left feeling judged and disrespected. Whether based on appearance or assumption, the interaction felt discriminatory and hostile, the exact opposite of what a family-friendly gym should be. Ironically, I choose to live humbly and do very well for myself—but no one should ever be spoken to this way, regardless of income, race, or background. You don’t judge people by how they look. Save your money. For about $10 more per month, LA Fitness offers far better value, professional staff, and nationwide access—without the judgment or arrogance. Chuze Fitness Rancho Cucamonga needs serious training in customer service, inclusivity, and basic human respect.
