This place is great! Just make sure you have an appointment it's easy to do online. If you don't have an appointment, there will be a waiting time because this place gets super busy. My visit was quick and simple. The technician was very friendly and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you and great job. The only issue right now is the road construction. When you go north on Armstrong after Herndon take the first driveway in because the second one is blocked

This should never happen. My experiences at this location have been great and usually, my husband has great feedback as well. Earlier this week when he went in for labs, the man who did the blood draw absolutely demolished my husband's arm. He dug around after the needle was inserted and then the majority of the bruising was from him digging in the tube and pushing his entire hand and arm into my husband's arm to hold the receptacle steady, I guess? My husband is not a complainer but when I know how good their staff is and this occurs, attention needs to be paid.

The ability to make an appointment online for a lab draw has been very convenient, as most Quest facilities can be quite busy. The staff continue to be very skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The staff at this Quest facility continues to be the best! My phlebotomist was Monica (?). She was very kind, putting me at ease. And so gentle, I had no idea that she was already filling the vials. I keep my eyes closed because I hate seeing needles or blood. Monica made it quick and painless.

Marisa is very professional and consistently does an excellent job. I specifically request her and am always willing to wait. Knowing she never misses a blood draw makes the visit much less stressful. Thank you.

Quest is like a well oiled machine. They have improved significantly over the past 10 years in all areas and made getting lab work done, the easiest thing. The employees have always been just the best! Well done Quest!

My goto lab that I have and will continue to use. Electronic appointments are simple and super convenient as is the check in on your phone. Very convenient. Staff is almost always on time so you're in and out quickly. Staff is always professional, courteous, and friendly.
