DHL Express Service Point Fresno

I am truly impressed by the DHL office in Fresno. The level of customer service here is outstanding. The staff are very friendly, respectful, and genuinely kind to customers. A special thank you to David for being extremely polite, professional, and helpful. It is rare to see such great customer care today. Packages are delivered on time, and the entire process feels reliable and smooth. I highly recommend this DHL location and their service to everyone!

David was an absolute gem! Incredibly helpful, patient, & kind with the whole process, reassured me very much with questions I had such as refunds or issues that may happen. Got me a great deal as well & appreciate that I get a discount from the company just in general. Package itself delivered without any issues as well or extra charge, overall highly recommended DHL & David all day any day!

The associate, David, was especially helpful. As soon as I went in, wasn’t too busy so that was a plus. David was more than efficient at getting my shipment set up and checked to make sure it was ready for the next steps. I did make minor mistakes but they were fixed with ease and the associate was extremely nice and helpful in doing so!

David is great when I comes to his job! He did go above and beyond and always asked if he could help in shape or form. Overall great experience, second time I came in and he made it his first priority to help get me every detail correct on my package correct, even triple checking! He offered me a physical and digital receipt (both, you don’t tend to get both receipts at most stores). He looks for active deals for me (to save money) so I don’t have to, That’s what’s keeps me coming back.

David was so helpful. We needed to send documents to Haiti that had to get there safely and he made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you David!!
