Best Buy

I haven’t stepped a Foot in the store in many many many months, probably three years or better today I went in for a need asked for help and they sent me a young man by the name of Christian very informative very patient very polite when looking and end up purchasing what I needed from this young man just because of his professionalism and patience thank you Christian from the Renteria family.

Received some much needed help from the young man at the door today. I was trying to understand if I had the correct adapter to use in China. He was super friendly and showed me how it worked, it was the right one. Best Buy always delivers friendly and expert service. Thank you!

For my area, there is a better selection and/or more products. The employees are helpful in helping you find what you ate looking for. However, the prices are more on the higher side compared to other retail outlets.

This store is conveniently located and is spacious and clean. It is also very well stocked with all kinds of electronics, accessories and gadgets. I was shopping for a new laptop and two different sales associates were able to help me find the right fit. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable and super helpful about the products I was asking about. Great experience so when I’m in the area and in need of new electronics device I will be returning.

The staff is very polite, thank you for the service was a pleasure to buy in your store
