Bad customer service from the manager store Liz. No greetings and was annoyed to help. The guy that was assisting me at the register was nicer though. I wanted to place an order for pick up and use a gift card, apparently I couldn't use a gift card for a pickup order and use the online deal price. Did not expect such a rude and snobby behavior from a manager.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! BUYER BEWARE. Purchased a pair of Jordans ($175 w/tax) which were the most expensive shoes anyone in the family has ever purchased. A couple weeks in, the plastic part that the shoelace runs through cracked through. My son moved the lace to another hole which then cracked as well. Eventually both shoes had multiple cracks. We called Nike and they said they can’t do anything but the store where we purchased them would take care of it. There is supposedly a two-year manufacture defect warranty. We believe the plastic on these shoes is defective. The shoes look like new. The only issue is where the laces go through the plastic. The rest of the shoe seems very well built. The store manager at WSS would do nothing and told us to call WSS customer service. We called while in the store and they did nothing as well. WSS says contact Nike. Nike says contact WSS. Nobody will help and we’re out all this money.

I had a very unpleasant experience with your customer service. I called to ask if a pair of shoes was available, and the employee who answered the phone was rude, impatient, and dismissive. It felt like she did not want to help at all. Good customer service is essential for any business, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the way customers are treated.

Well stocked store. Easy to find what you want. Clean and well organized. The prices are pretty good too. Bought some shoes and walked out happy.
