Quest Diagnostics

People paced in like sardines. The website is difficult to use. Quest excellent at billing the customer. The tec will refuse to serve you until you pay regardless if the bill is accurate. This is a work around of CA state law.

Quail Diagnostic Labs has been consistently excellent. Scheduling is easy and they always have appointments available when I need them. I’m usually in and out quickly, which I really appreciate. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient every time I visit. One of the biggest benefits for me is being able to access my previous lab results and compare them, so I can clearly track my progress and know where I stand. Overall, a reliable and well-run lab that makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.

Bianca, the phlebotomist at Merced "G" Street Quest, was very professional, nice, and such a pleasant young lady. When Bianca drew my blood, I never felt the "poke" of the needle and my arm shows no indication that I had blood drawn. She is the first phlebotomist, ever, to leave no bruising or redness. Quest Diagnostics is very fortunate to have such a great employee!

I'm not completely sold on the idea of everything moving towards the digital age and away from customer service; but this is one place where I am totally on-board with it. Check in was quick and easy; and once behind the doors, the facility focuses on the patient and the procedure. I was in an out and had my results in my hand the next day.

Worst quest exp serene ever. If there were better options in Merced, I would try them! Lab tech gave me wrong urine collection receptacles and I had to repeat 2 24 hr collections! Told me to bring them back to drop off but didn’t tell me I had to make an appt to do so. There is no person at the desk to discuss concerns with upon arrival. When I went back again to deliver new spec containers, with an appt, there was over an hour wait. I had to leave to work! Sent my spouse back with them but even with an appt there was over an hour wait! And he couldn’t stay cause he had a meeting scheduled! I called Quest to file a complaint and was told someone would call me back but no one has! What is going on with the Merced G St lab? Worst service I’ve ever experienced of any kind of business ever! The plebes have been good but need better training for new horses and need a better organized place to work!!!!
