​Avoid this place—completely dishonest and shady. ​I had a work order written out and confirmed before coming in to get my earbuds repaired. When I got to the Glendale location (331 N Brand Blvd), Juan didn't even have the courtesy to come out and face me. I was using my phone to show the front desk kid the model information, and he actually took my phone into the back room to talk to Juan. ​After taking my phone completely out of sight, the kid came back out and claimed Juan said they "couldn't help" because the parts were out of stock—completely disregarding the work order Juan had already written out. ​The whole interaction was incredibly sketchy. Taking my personal phone into the back room just to come out with a weak excuse is unacceptable. If they didn't have the parts for the earbuds, that should have been communicated upfront instead of hiding in the back, making me drive all the way down here, and walking off with my phone. ​Terrible service, zero accountability, and very shady behavior. Go somewhere else.

Jason at uBreakiFix provided an outstanding customer service experience from start to finish. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the repair and next steps. Had a broken Zflip screen, Joe and his team did a great job fixing it up! It didnt take that long either, I managed to pick it up after work right before they closed and it was ready for me. Staff was super nice and understood the issue I had with my phone! Now it's as good as new! Great job!

UBreakiFix is amazing. We went to our Verizon store and they couldn't fix my husband's phone so they sent us here. Thank goodness, in 24 hours problem solved, for LESS than they originally quoted. Shout out to Juan, great customer service. Thank you.

What a great little find right there on Brand Boulevard in Glendale. I don’t know which is better. The fact that Ezra was so nice and helpful and got things taken care of for me and fixed my iPhone or the Factor the next Panos bakery. If you need a fix for your phone, these are the guys and ask for Ezra. He’s cute, sweet and really good at what he does. Thanks
