unWired Broadband

I felt compelled to write this review because it’s important to recognize truly outstanding service when you experience it. I’ve been a customer of Unwired Broadband for almost three years now, and I can honestly say no other internet service provider even comes close. The reliability, speed, and consistency of their service have been exceptional from day one. In a time where dependable internet is absolutely essential, they have consistently delivered without compromise. I also want to specifically recognize Reggie, who has been nothing short of exceptional. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been professional, patient, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to listen, answer every question thoroughly, and make sure any situation is handled the right way. It never feels rushed or transactional — he truly goes above and beyond to make sure I feel taken care of. That level of customer service is rare, and it means more than I can express. It’s easy to leave a review when something goes wrong, but it’s just as important to acknowledge when a company and its employees consistently get it right. Unwired Broadband has earned my loyalty, and Reggie has set the standard for what exceptional customer service should look like. Highly recommend.

The technician was super nice and was pretty quick to set up the antenna on the side of the roof. We got a 100Mbps due to how low the antenna was. Besides the point! I bought a Netgear Orbi Wifi 7 mesh router (260 series) and not only is my router keeping us connected, it improves the speeds in my house from at or near 100Mbps but will lower to 95Mbps. Anyways I am a heavy gamer with his wifi and router it handles my gaming like nothing.

Always great customer service. We started using unwired after experience terrible service with other companies. The internet speed is always good! We can use several devices at the time same and no lag! Reggie the customer service agent is always helpful when I have had to call!

Just had this installed near East Nicolaus (95674 zip code). Professional install and so fast!! Way better than our old provider - highly recommend!

I’m a new customer to Unwired. The installation took a couple of hours and the two gentlemen who installed the equipment were extremely helpful and professional. They weren’t able to get sufficient signal for my plan and they moved me to a cheaper plan which still meets my needs. I haven’t had any problems and my download speeds are exactly what they advertised. Looking forward to being a long term customer.
