Love the sales. Quality has declined a bit over the years. Clothes are still cute and provide pretty decent support but also have issues such as shedding large amounts of fluff (i.e campus fleece sweats), pilling and lint (even with gentle handwashing).

Went in looking for a new bra. I went in as soon as they opened for I thought I might get more attention. Found someone to help me, I told her what I was looking for. She measured me there on the sales floor. Gave me my measurement card and said to go to the fitting room and wait there and she would call someone to bring me some things to try on. I waited for over 20 minutes then left. Went to another store where I got one on one customer service and left with a purchase. Not a fan, and won’t be back.

I went there to do an exchange on a bra. I got the one I thought would fit so I tried it on in the fitting room. As I was in there the girl that walked me in there kept on asking me if I was ok. I understand that but she kept on asking I took it as if they thought I was stealing. I only had my little coach purse with me I told her I didn’t need help..than another girl came knocking on the door at that point I hurried up and just told her I was done. They made it uncomfortable to try anything on and that was the first time I ever used the fitting room I think you can walk someone to the room see what they have but let them try things on in peace.

First I had a VS credit card, I purchased mother’s day presents on. It was time to make a payment they didn’t allow me to use my other card to pay it online. So I called and they wouldn’t take my payment over the phone stating I need to go pay at a actual VS store. So I go to the store in fashion fair mall. They gave me hard time and wouldn’t take any of my cards there stating that they only take cash. So I cancelled my card went to an atm got cash and paid off my account. I’ll never be a customer again.

The staff was very helpful. I took my kids back to school shopping and they had great deals on their clothes & back packs. Plus, they had a good sale on their mini sprays & lotion items (they were $3)! I’ve never tried their honey lotion BUT I’ve been using it ever since & I wish I would’ve bought the complete mini set because it keeps your skin feeling smooth and it smells good!

So 2 stars only because some of the staff are pretty nice, but from November 8th they «can’t go back that far» to get a receipt that I lost whilst moving from a purchase made on October 24th of the same year, and here’s the real issue, BECAUSE I don’t have their rewards program?! And she openly told me they would go back many years for receipts if I had the rewards account…. Wow. Just wow. Will definitely never return, Adam and Eve can give me shotty merchandise for cheaper and have a built in electronic receipt.

The staff is great, list my phone there one night and they put it up for me. They wrote my name on it and put it up, and when I got it back I saw that they took a pick with it and I thought that was funny.

I had a great experience today getting a bra fitting with the owner, Tricia. She runs a beautiful, clean, and curated store that made the experience even more delightful. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the bra-fitting experience. It is clear that she has a passion for what she does, and is very committed to providing great products and even better customer service! Tricia listened to what I wanted and gave me many options to try on that reflected my needs. The experience was educational and honestly way more fun than I expected. While Rumeur carries high-quality brands with price tags that reflect that, they also have bras that fit within a range of prices. Tricia gave me several options of how I could make my intended budget work the best. I was also happy to make an investment in a bra fitting and one really nice piece that I could begin building my collection on, instead of continuing to spend $40-80 on ill-fitting and uncomfortable bras. I don’t know if I can say enough nice things about Rumeur! I would recommend it to anyone, and I will certainly be back!

The best bra experience I’ve ever had in my entire life! Made an appointment for a fitting and received one on one attention for 45 minutes from the sales associate, which ended up being the owner! She was extremely knowledgeable about their brands – she guessed my perfect size without even measuring, pulled tons of different options, listened to my feedback, and pivoted properly based on it. She was able to answer every single question and was so kind and understanding about my recent body changes post-baby, plus she used that empathy to help me choose the best fit for me. She was never pushy, ordered my size in the styles I wanted that weren’t in stock, and they keep a record of your preferences on file so you don’t have to repeat the same song and dance the next time you come in. I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease in a bra fitting, and I have already recommended her shop to my friends! Worth. Every. Penny!!!!

I used to shop at another store for bras, and their bras had wires. The wire bras did not last very long and did not feel comfortable in the long term. A few years ago, I stopped by the Rumeur Lingerie store near my home and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bras there. The owner is very knowledgeable and expertly finds the correct bra size for you, so you do not need any wire for uplift. Came in for a fitting today and was greeted by the owner who was extremely pleasant and kind. The store was beautifully decorated and an inviting atmosphere. I’ve had issues with fittings with other establishments but the fitting I had with Lorrie was absolutely phenomenal. She listened to my past experiences, knew what she was doing, adjusted to my concerns in the fitting, and I was able to walk away with 3 bras at the end of the fitting and knowing what size I am. Beyond satisfied. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Visited today to sign up for a fitting and Tara helped me as a walk in. Fantastic fitting and I’m amazed at the difference having the right size makes (the size Tara chose for me was not one I would have known to choose for myself). Also nice to have the option to make a «file» to remember the bras that worked but wasn’t quite ready to buy. Thank you Tara for your help!

I came in earlier today to buy a bra, some sprays, and a gift for my fiancé. At checkout, my coupon wasn’t working, the cashier was so kind and she found a way to make it work for me and I just really can’t thank her enough. Lupe’ provided terrible customer service. As a Victoria Secret faithful member I was very disappointed with Lupe’s recent sarcastic comments when asking for additional help when making my daughter’s final purchase. Instead of helping, the help was brushed off and was told to wait in line even though our purchase was already made. Lupe proceeded to brush off the help that was asked and also laughed when asked, «what was your name.» However, if needed next time I’ll take my money to the Victoria Secret at Fashion Fair location for better customer service.

People here do not know how to size! The person doing it was rushing and could barely care less about it. Cute clothes, but would definitely not recommend coming here if you want to know your size

Vs abbreviates so many things to so many people: a verse of poetry or scripture or of anything else you may want to read and remember, and whenever there’s talk of a court case like roe vs wade, or of a vampire slayer or if anyone else is very sexy, you might find your self in a Victoria’s Secret. I arrived before closing time to make a payment. I was not allowed to make the payment because they close before the closing time. I justed moved to a new apartment complex 40 minutes south of this town. I was running errands all day. My card was mailed to an old address. I was not able to log onto the website. I only have cash. All the females at the store were sympathetic and wanted to assist but the male in the back said No. He couldn’t even look me in the face and explain. He stayed in the back. I’m sure he was probably using the register to check out the last remaining customers. My previous and only other experience at this location was the fitting woman forgetting about me while I tried to find my size. I hadn’t bought a real bra in 10 years since ending nursing. This place is a joke. Nothing like the locations in Vegas and Northern California.

1st time ever going to a Victoria’s secret, and they never bothered to help me. They directed me to a place to get measured, never bothered to return. They tossed a bra over the door, didn’t explain how it should confirm my measurements. Never told me if, when, or how to get more help. I pressed a button to ask someone to come as I had the bra on, didn’t feel comfortable to leave the changing area, and no one came. After 5 minutes I took it off and left. Ridiculous treatment as I told them it was my first time.

The service was exceptional with Shelly & Myra. Shelly did an outstanding job doing measurements and both were very attentive, patient, helpful and their product knowledge was very refreshing & needed. Women like this make shopping for lingerie, bras and intimates very easy. The store itself was very clean and so were the changing rooms. The ladies at the registers were helpful and stayed a few moments past her scheduled time to finish my sale, to go the extra mile. That says a lot in an era of «get em in, get em out» business standards. Keep up the great work!

I visited the store after seeing leggings on sale online. In-store, I was told by an employee the price should match but at checkout the original price rang up and the store was unable to honor the online price . While I understand this, it was disappointing—especially since I shop at Victoria’s Secret often and there were only two pairs left in the sizes I needed for myself and my daughter. I was advised to place the order online, but that was frustrating given the risk that the items could be purchased by someone else. I then spoke with an employee named Esperanza, who truly went above and beyond. She took the time to understand my situation, offered to keep an eye on the online order once i place it, and hold the leggings so they wouldn’t be taken. Her effort and excellent customer service made a big difference and is the reason I will continue shopping at this location. I would rate this experience four stars due to the pricing policy ,I do feel the store should reconsider its price match policy. If a customer brings up an online price while shopping in store, it should be honored. A small difference may not be as impactful, but in this case the price difference was over $50, which felt unfair and disappointing but Esperanza’s service was outstanding and deservesbeing recognized.

I can’t believe this is a real VS! It’s like some nasty knock off store in a third world country. Who’s the district manager and why have they allowed the store manager to let this place turn into this? I would never buy anything from this location as I’m sure you’d get surprise guests with your clothing.

My 2 friends and I came into Victoria’s Secret to spend her $10 off, it was around 5:45 on a Sunday. We know we came into the store close to closing time (mall closes at 6 on Sundays), but we still had plenty of time to shop around and check out. A rude lady with tattoos named Shay rudely told us, «We close in 5 minutes.» My friend and I looked at each other, confused because we still had more time. She then proceeds to tell everyone else in the store that they close in 15 minutes. She also walks near us the whole time we continue to shop, giving us dirty looks and side-eyeing us. The two nice young ladies, Elena and Katia, helped us identify and apologized for her behavior. I would like to note that we were NOT bothering anyone or her and simply just shopping around. You shouldn’t make anyone feel bothered for coming into the store. If you hate your job that much, quit.

Great and friendly service handles problems well

I have three kids and I barely get out to do anything for myself or by myself anything. One day I decided to go into this Victoria’s secret and take advantage of their sale three for $80. I haven’t bought a bra for myself probably in a year. Let alone a Victoria’s secret bra for many more years than that. I wanted to splurge on myself and the moment that I went in I was welcomed by one woman who simply asked me what I was looking for. I wish I could have got her name because I told her exactly what I was looking for and she showed me the drawers to look through. She was so nice about it because I didn’t want to be measured and I knew exactly what I wanted. The whole process took me about 10 minutes and I picked out three really good bras. They were so helpful, the ladies that were on the sales floor. The whole process for me was easy. Made me feel great that I had no complaints for a process I haven’t done in many years.

I will give them a 4 because the second employee was very helpfulful and not so in our face. Around 12 on Saturday apr. 5th we walked in to shop. The google maps directed us to inside the mall which is being remodeled. But clearly stated next to saphoras. We are not familiar with the mall, so it took awhile to find. Upon entering we where rudely confronted by the first employee. Which pretty much pushed us out because we weren’t sure of what we where looking for. But we didn’t go out like that we regrouped, went back in,and it was totally different experience. I don’t know the names of the two employees due to not having name tags, but I can say employee 2 was awesome and redeemed the visit. Thank you employee number two!

when i went to pay at the register they were already giving disgusting attitude and they ended up charging me an extra charge and tried to bs me and say that i was the confused one and they made me feel very uncomfortable the ladys at the register dont know how to their job they seemed to be more mad then anything and when i asked to return the items the lady didnt want to she was questioning me like if i had to explain myself after what they just did

We purchase over $300 dollars worth of items, we noticed when we got home that the cashier had failed to remove the security tag. My daughter called and a very nice lady told her to bring it back and they would remove it. When we got there today 7/9 we got called up to the register and I greeted the cashier since she did not even greet us and I got no response from her. My daughter then explained the situation the girl asked for receipt, my daughter provided it for her she checked it and she removed the tag and handed the Pijamas over to her no apology no customer service etiquette Nothing…My daughter then said mom I’d like to get a credit card from here and I go yea ask if they have bathing suits, before she even turned around Izzy in a very monotone irritated voice says we have no bathing suits here. We started to leave and I turned around and asked her name and she said Izzy. I’ve been to the store multiple times and have never had bad customer service but this person clearly lacks customers service etiquette and personality to work at a store like. It is sad that this is the type of people they are hiring specially for a cashier position where you interact with customers all day long.

I went in to make a return for an online order. The associate at checkout was extremely rude and disrespectful, refusing to help me when it was my turn because I was standing on the wrong side for check out although I was there before anyone else. The manager finished my return quickly but never asked me what happened although she said she would address the altercation with the associate. Good luck future shoppers WAY too much drama for me to ever shop here again

I went in this weekend to try on and get fitted for a new bra. I went in through the PINK section and a super sweet girl told me about the sales going on and offered to measure me. I accepted her offer and took the card she gave me with my measurements to the dressing room. First red flag, the older woman running the dressing room that day was on her phone ignoring me for a while before acknowledging me and getting me to a room. She kept on staring at my chest and at the card with my measurements on there and said «there’s NO way you’re that size» and proceeded to give me bras that were smaller than what I was measured at out on the floor. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried them on anyways even knowing that the cup size is way smaller than what I normally wear, and of course, the bras ended up being way too small. I ended up not buying anything besides a tank top and bralette, since the interaction made me so uncomfortable I didn’t feel like trying on bras after that. I feel like it’s incredibly inappropriate to guess someone’s chest size like that and I really hope someone talks to her about how to properly speak to guest because that was not it.

Such rude staff members and they’re always out of size small and everything when it comes to shirts pants Pants and even panties they’re never well stocks unless employees are taking these things for themselves and having them in the back

Is being a snob part of the job application for this VS location? When I went into this store no one greeted me even though there was a worker standing right next to the door folding stuff she just looked at me like she was smelling her upper lip and looked away. Then when I asked a worker where the dressing rooms were she pointed knowing that the dressing rooms were locked. Like hello you could’ve came with me to unlock a room for me or radio it in for someone who has a key to unlock a room for me? I had to wave down a worker to unlock a room for me then got again an ugly snobbish look from her. Like damn does anyone smile or do they all stink and that’s why they make that stank face? Not welcoming here at all or helpful either. You’re better off going to the fashion fair location or the one at el paseo on Herndon.

No exchanges or returns on clothes but also no way to try it on in store ?? Pieces here cost $40-$100 each and they can’t afford to offer any service to customers. Just sad…

Placed an order over the weekend and never received a confirmation that it was ready for pickup. They cancelled my order due to non pick up but I never received the cancellation email as well. Called and inquired with Theresa who seemed nice at first and informed me what happened, couldn’t answer why i never received notification and told me to place another order. She was rude upon me asking how I was supposed to verify this time the order was good. Bad customer service online and over the phone.

You could be the only one in the store, it would take an average of 30 minutes to pay, I think they have to sign in and get approval from headquarters in Thailand to make the sale, if you choose to pay cash, that’s even worse, you’d have to switch registers and another cashier would have to come and witness the sale, on top of all the time waisted, price is 30% higher than the competition down the street.

Ordered online through doordash and they sent me a opened box of Energize her bunny 3 that was damaged and missing parts of the battery insert needed to power the product. The on and off button was also clearly damaged. Im throwing it away as i don’t even know if this thing has been used or not. Very very untrustworthy thing for a company to sell broken/used intimate products to people. Also it was overpriced and the same product is 18 dollars on amazon for something i paid 30 dollars for.

Dawna was super helpful! An essential recently stopped working, and I needed to get another one a similar nature and price point, she took me to exactly what I needed. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Everything was neat and organized and it seemed like they had an abundance of product compared to other stores that I’ve recently been into that I felt were lacking inor variety. Overall great experience and would recommend for all of your adult needs.

I came in Monday with my friend so she could get some clothes. While visiting, I saw some strange games (funny, but strange) and pointed them out to my friend. The name of the game was «cumshot» I pointed out how hilariously weird it was. The point of the game is to mess around with two dicks attached to each other. When I pointed them out to my friend, the worker with black hair and a pierced up face decided to interject herself into a conversation she did not belong in and say to me «Maybe if you had more of an open mind it would be more fun» insinuating that because I don’t want to play with two toy dicks that I have a «Closed Mind». I did not appreciate this at all. Not only did she enter a conversation where nobody was talking to her, she insulted me by practically saying that I had a «Closed Mind» because I didn’t want to play a game meant for women and gay people. Whatever you practice in your life, that’s fine by me. But when you work at an establishment and essentially tell your customer he has a closed mind because he doesn’t find jerking off two toy dicks to be fun? That’s crossing a line of professionalism. I did not enjoy this at all. It ruined my experience of the shop completely. I was there with my friend being lighthearted with her and the worker was very rude. This is not something that is done in a professional setting. Not being gay, not wanting to play with dicks, is not having a «Closed Mind». It really lets me know where the mindset of the business is at and I will be letting a manager know as soon as possible. This is unacceptable behavior.

The sale person was GREAT, I haven’t bought a bra in three plus years and I thought my bra size was ??? and it was not, lol She made these girls stand UP, lol. I’m in a new smaller size, beautiful colors, beautiful bra’s. I was looking for Catherines and I found Torrid, so so so glad I did. I didn’t know my girls was laying down on the job, lol. NOT NO MORE!

Reya, Stephanie, Nancy, and Shay were all extremely helpful. I received excellent assistance from Stephanie in the dressing room with making sure I had everything I needed. Nancy answered some of my questions and helped me at checkout and was extremely gregarious and kind. Reya answered my questions about products, giving her personal experience, and was extremely helpful in advising me on products that would suit my needs. I did not receive assistance from Shay, but I wanted to include her as she was being extremely attentive to the needs of another customer. Though I live an hour away, and closer to another store location, I enjoy coming to this store due to my previous experiences with Stephanie and Nancy. I will continue to choose this store over others due to these 2 women and Reya today

My visit was twofold. I had to exchange an item and pick up my order. When I arrived, one clerk was on the phone, the other one helping a customer. Then They were both working together on something. I was not acknowledged as I waited. Typically, the clerks are very friendly, yet this was not the case this time. Overall, I felt like I was more of a bother.

Clean but way to expensive and for a big girl store they don’t have bra sizes that are for big girls.

Cashiers are always extremely helpful and friendly. I normally like to order their clothing online but with how nice the girls are I have no issue going to the store in person. Really good variety of clothing all the time and always have good clearance sales and items. Yes, Torrid can be pricey but honestly it’s worth it with most of their options. I could do without the corny graphic stuff but some people enjoy those so who am I to judge? Their active wear is my absolute favorite. I like to hide and hold my rolls and thigh dimples in tight and their active wear is perfect for that.

Bad customer service. People check your receipt at the time of walking out of this store, the cashier over charge me. I bought two bra and she charged me twice the same bra. When I told her that she charged me twice the bra she check the receipt and ask me for my shopping bag and she check the bag and the receipt and she said oh ok I’m gonna refunded you and I’m going to charge you the other bra because I didn’t charge for did other bra. I said I bought two bra and you charge me for a third bra, so what the heck are you talking about. She was still trying to charge me again for the bra it was already paid. Any ways she refunded back the money from the bra but at the end she got my bra out of the bag and keep it. I got home and when I was looking for my two bras there was only one bra. So this lady keep my bra in the store when it was paid she just needed to refund me the third bra she charged me. Cashier at this stores are so dumb. I call to the store mad and she just say oh I’m sorry it was a mistake, oh wow really a mistake that is not a mistake when I talked to her and explain her mistake. No going back to this store ever again.
