We rented a luxury restroom trailer for a 70th birthday party last weekend in Fresno, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The event was outdoors and the weather was on the warmer side, but the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept everything comfortable for our guests. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The delivery and setup were quick and hassle-free, and the staff was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The restrooms themselves were spotless, spacious, and felt incredibly upscale many of our guests even commented on how impressed they were! It ended up being such a great addition to the party and made a big difference in keeping everyone comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone hosting an outdoor event and will definitely use them again in the future.

I recently helped coordinate our campus 25-year anniversary corporate event and had the opportunity to work with GTE Event Group, and honestly, they were phenomenal. From my experience, their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and extremely accommodating every step of the way. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which makes a huge difference when planning an event of this size. The photo booth was an absolute hit with our employees and stayed busy the entire time, it brought such a fun and interactive element to the event. Huge shoutout to DJ David Munoz, he was on another level. Not only was the music on point all day, but his energy and presence as an emcee really carried the event. He kept everything flowing seamlessly, engaged the crowd, and created an atmosphere that people genuinely enjoyed being a part of. Based on my experience, I would 100% recommend GTE Event Group for any corporate event. They truly helped elevate the entire experience.

If music is at the top of your priority list for an event, you HAVE to, YOU MUST, hire Drew from GTE. Drew was by far the best DJ we could have asked for for our wedding. Not only that, but he was by far the most professional and helpful vendor comparatively, and by a long shot. At each check in leading up the event, he asked if we needed anything at all, even if it wasn’t related to GTE. (E.g. recommendations for planners, florists, photographers, alterations, etc.) He curated our music taste to a TEE! We got so many compliments from guests. Drew’s ability to mix and read the vibe of the party was unmatched. The dance floor was never not full. It’s one thing to be a great DJ, it’s another to provide unmatched customer service. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody. Thank you for an unforgettable night Drew!!

David is the man. The chillest, smoothest, and most experienced DJ I’ve encountered. You can tell he’s ran a room thousands of times, and to him it’s all about the crowd and making the crew he’s working with feel confident. Highly recommend. Will be reaching out to him again for the next event.

Fernando was our DJ for our wedding and I couldn’t be more happier! When we first met with GTE we met with Andrew, we were bummed that we couldn’t afford him because he’s one of their elite DJ’s but he reassured me Fernando was the bomb, and HE WAS RIGHT!!! 3 months before wedding we met with David & Fernando at our venue to discuss placement and lighting and all that jazz, which was great! Then we kept in touch weeks leading up to our wedding. I BOMBARDED him with music, my playlist, and exactly what I wanted for our wedding. It didn’t bother him at all which was nice. He was always a text away which is reassuring because it’s literally the biggest day of my life. Let me tell you, Fernando was an EXCELLENT host!!! From doing the ceremony, speeches, and open dance! I sent him a playlist on Spotify and he played all the bangers! He was even able to play music that wasn’t on the playlist. We’re huge psytrance & house music people and he was able to THROW DOWN!!! We only had a 50 guest wedding so it was very intimate. There were moments where there was nobody on the dance floor because everyone was busy eating churros, but since he played realllly good bangers, everyone came back to the dance floor!! It was an incredible experience for our wedding. We’re happy we went with them!! 100/10 recommend! Something really special that he did was take pictures & videos with his personal phone to send us after the wedding, which he didn’t have to do but he did out of the kindness of his own heart. The most special part of the evening was our last dance. Maybe 6 of our friends stayed until the very end, they were hanging out by a table and Fernando walked up to them and asked them to whip out their flashlights and surround us as we did our last dance. We weren’t expecting that. He was beyond sweet and kind, because of that very act, I will remember that moment for the rest of my life. It was beyond beautiful and I cried happy tears. It was the most beautiful and best day of my life! This photo was taken before ceremony, Fernando is such a vibe!

Hidden Hollow was beyond amazing and truly the perfect wedding venue! Heather and her team made our entire experience feel magical from beginning to end. Every detail was handled with so much care, and they were incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout the whole process. The florals were absolutely stunning, the views were breathtaking, and the food was amazing. Everything came together so beautifully, and it made our wedding day more perfect than we could have ever imagined. Heather even helped me surprise my husband with Timeout, the Fresno State mascot, which made the night so fun and unforgettable! GTE was also absolutely awesome — the music was so good, the energy was perfect, and they kept everyone dancing all night long. One of the best things about Hidden Hollow is that it’s all-inclusive, which made wedding planning so easy, smooth, and stress-free. We were able to actually enjoy the process and be fully present on our wedding day. We cannot recommend Hidden Hollow enough. If you are looking for a stunning venue with an incredible team that will make your day feel effortless and unforgettable, this is it!

We had such a great experience having our wedding at the venue alone is stunning and extremely unique, they definitely keep the grounds well maintained with plenty of greenery and other colors. The staff was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, especially Heather! We also appreciated the inclusivity of the venue. I had the honor of photographing a wedding at Hidden Hollow this spring, and was so impressed! It was a rainy day, so there were lots of last minute changes that the staff were able to accommodate so well. They moved the ceremony indoors in the midst of a downpour, and had everything ready for them on-time. Hidden Hollow is now one of my favorite venues in the Central Valley!

What a beautiful out of the way venue. The grounds are well kept, with multiple areas for a wedding space, the reception/event hall was large enough to hold a good amount of people tables and chairs, and most importantly clean well taken care of restrooms. The staff were all really great as well. Highly recommend

My husband and I met with Lizzy on Sunday, she asked us all kinds of questions and built us a beautiful package. The venue is absolutely beautiful. We went to tour one of their other facilities right after and ended up booking there because it was more our vibe. But we were so impressed with Lizzy and how kind she was that we scheduled another app and booked our daughter's sweet 16 at this venue. We met with Yadire because Lizzy was out and goodness she was just as great! If your looking to book a wedding or any type of formal event please contact them. My husband and I attended the Valentine’s Day event at Evergreen island and it was an amazing experience. It saved us from waiting around in busy restaurants and gave us a very unique experience that only a few others had. Food was great, decoration and set up was also great. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening to celebrate a night of love.

Just about everything you need from an outdoor venue. However, given that it's the central valley, this venue can get very warm depending on the time of year. While they have some "ceiling" fans in limited areas, those fans only work if they are spinning in the correct direction…. When I visited, they were not and were thus of no help. An easy but necessary fix.

Beautiful venue for a gathering of 100-250 people. The glass barn was gorgeous also, but we partied out in the outdoor grassy and patios area on a gorgeous sunny, cool day! It was delightful 😊

As a wedding photographer, I am consistently on the lookout for stunning locations, and this beautiful wedding venue truly exceeded my expectations. The Historic Seven Sycamores Ranch is a picturesque blending of modern comfort and historical beauty, with stunning backdrops for photographs. The venue's natural beauty is perfectly combined with a touch of rustic elegance, creating an unforgettable and romantic ambiance. The magnificent sycamore trees, charming barns, and well-manicured gardens provided stunning backdrops for the couple's portraits. The combination of natural beauty and rustic elegance of the venue made the photos truly exemplary. Finally, I must commend the Historic Seven Sycamores Ranch's amazing team, whose professional and courteous approach contributed to making the entire wedding experience unforgettable. They certainly know how to make couples and their guests feel special and calm in every moment of their day.

This place is so amazing! There are separate buildings both with restrooms and AC for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready. There's plenty of parking for all guests, and a plethora of locations for photo opportunities. There's plenty of large trees for shading too. This is a great venue and is a must see for couples seeking a great location for their wedding, but also all other occasions like corporate parties, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.

I recently worked with Sara in Emerald Bay for the most breathtaking beachside baby shower. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor from beginning to end is what really sets her apart as an event planner. I hope we get to work together again soon. The event was amazing.

From our very first conversations, she understood what I was going for and brought it to life beautifully. Every option she shared with me was thoughtful and on-point—honestly, any one of them would have worked. What I appreciated most was not having to stress about the details. She took care of everything, so I didn’t have to. On the day of the party—when I would’ve normally been running around—everything ran smoothly because she orchestrated it all behind the scenes. My wife and I used Table and Eve for our small beach wedding, and everything was perfect! The setup, which was so beautiful, exceeded our expectations — from the decor to the food to how nice and attentive the Table and Eve staff were. Also, the photographer was so incredible and sweet, and she took so many photos within the hour she was there. Table and Eve made our day so perfect, and working with them was the best decision we made in planning our wedding, especially because they were able to accommodate our less-than-30-day timeline. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone!

Table and Eve offers a great service! I used their proposal picnic package to propose to my girlfriend. Not only was the picnic itself set up very beautifully, but the customer service leading up to the picnic was awesome. Sara was very quick to answer my questions, and was really helpful with picking the best location. I would definitely recommend Table and Eve for a proposal, or even just a nice date on the beach. I recently rented picnic tables, benches, runners, chargers, umbrellas, pillows, and even a chalkboard from Table & Eve for a birthday party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The quality of everything was fantastic — stylish, comfortable, and perfect for creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. What really set Table & Eve apart was their flexible pick-up and return policy. Unlike most rental services that require you to return items the same day, Table & Eve allowed me to pick up the rentals and return them the next day. This made such a difference because it let my party go on as late as I wanted without any interruption or pressure to start cleaning up early. It was a stress-free experience that let me fully enjoy the celebration. I highly recommend Table & Eve to anyone planning an event. Their beautiful rentals combined with the convenient scheduling made my party effortless and memorable!

We are in town-Newport Coast from Scottsdale, AZ this past weekend and contacted Sara with Table and Eve for a birthday celebration for family and a friend. It was amazing! We were at Heisler Park and had our own area with all the details of the picnic paradise. We had them supply lunch for us and it was great! Everyone walking around us were in awe over the set-up and were taking pictures. It is as beautiful as it looks and we will definitely do this again with them.

Because of her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Beyond the big picture, it was the small things that meant everything. She handled every question from our family members so we didn’t have to. She had extra powder in her purse to touch up my makeup. When my dress strap broke, she fixed it on the spot and shared the sweetest story that the same thing happened at her own wedding. These moments went far beyond her job description and showed just how deeply she cares. She also has the most wonderful team supporting her, and together they made our wedding weekend feel effortless. I feel incredibly lucky that of all people who could have stepped in to take over our wedding, it was Tracey. She is truly exceptional, and any couple would be so lucky to have her by their side. I could go on and on, but simply put, she is amazing.

I recently stayed at Wonder Valley Ranch Resort, and while the location and property is stunning and the staff were kind, I was very disappointed with our experience. The property was overcrowded with kids, especially from a school group, and there was a lot of smoke from the fire pit they were using, making it hard to relax. To make things worse, there was no restaurant on site for meals, and the nearest dining option was a 45-minute drive away. Property advertised the hot tub and pool which was closed due to the school camp .I hope the resort addresses these issues, as it has a lot of potential, but it really missed the mark for us .

We booked our stay at this resort for a fishing trip, and while the room itself was really nice—with thoughtful touches like a fridge and coffee bar, and the staff was friendly and accommodating—we were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The amenities, like the pools and hot tub, were closed upon arrival and only reopened for a limited time in the evening. Additionally, the food options were quite limited, and the nearest restaurants were far away and closed early in the evening, making it difficult to find a meal. We also encountered a lot of noise from school kids, and we were told we couldn’t use the fire pit or smoke on the property, which took away from the experience. Ultimately, we were so disappointed that we ended up checking out early. Overall, it was a mixed experience, and that’s why we’re giving it two stars.

Spent a weekend here for a wedding. My overall impression is that the property and the wedding event spaces were very nice, but the rooms and the rest of the facilities are so dated and feel extremely overpriced. The rooms are very basic motel-like accommodations. We stayed in the lakeside rooms and paid around $250 a night; that was with the wedding party "discount" of 5%. The rooms were clean but dim and outdated. For that resort level price I expected something a lot more modern and luxe, but we were kind of stuck since there are no other options within 45 minutes of the venue. Along with this, meal times were extremely strict and the breakfast was very basic. This was pretty jarring as the wedding (as most weddings do) went late into the night but we were told breakfast is strictly served between 8-9am. After that, there's no food options anywhere on the property until lunch (which is equally strict on time and costs extra). So we roused ourselves and got to breakfast after a late night, only to see staff starting to clear things away at 8:45. We were able to just barely grab a couple plates for the buffet as they were being taken away by staff. The buffet felt similar to a basic hotel continental breakfast, nothing special. This venue is also a summer camp so there were crowds of kids around. I was left thinking about how we paid resort prices and got summer camp treatment. Everything felt cheap and rushed. Finally, the wedding couple had paid for a large group of the wedding guests to do the ropes course, go karts, and other activities on the grounds the day after the wedding. All of the activities were extremely understaffed. We were told the ropes course was closed and we could only do the zip line, the pool was also closed, and the go karts had limited staff as well. It created a lot of confusion and disorganization. It took 45+ minutes to do any given activity because there were so few staff at each. Oh, and there was yet another strict timeline of 9am-1pm for activities. It feels like this place needs to decide if it's going to be a summer camp or an upscale venue, and commit to one or the other. It can't be both. The wedding was very nice but the rest of the weekend was anything but relaxing because everything was so rushed and understaffed.

I had such an AMAZING experience at Starlight Grove. Eden & Joe (the owners) could not have been more sweet and helpful! They are truly the kindest souls and this venue was absolutely PERFECT for my intimate wedding! They also were apart of our night and we now consider them family! So many things were including at the venue and I am truly blessed to have had the perfect wedding here! Highly recommend!!

Had my wedding at Starlight Grove Events on May 10th. It was an absolutely magical day! Eden and Joe (the owners) were incredibly caring, attentive, and easy to work with. Eden was available for calls, texts, and visits. She was beyond accommodating! It's very obvious that both Eden and Joe pour their hearts into their venue. Eden was watering the plants while we set up on Friday and Joe blowed all the leaves at the venue morning of our event. Honestly, couldn't ask for more! It was great that the venue rental is Friday-Sunday to set up, have the event, and clean up. It also includes tables, chairs, linens and more! They have arches, wooden barrels, and multiple options for decor as well! Made the whole experience way less stressful and less costly. The venue is absolutely breathtaking as well! Shady eucalyptus trees throughout, luscious green grass, and landscape of florals, etc. Just beautiful! It's incredibly spacious too. We had the ceremony and the reception there just on opposite sides and both in shady areas on a 90°F day. Venue was complimented by multiple guests and family. The suites were clean for us to get ready and the full bathroom was incredibly convenient! I have already recommended this place to multiple people. Go tour it, you won't regret it!!!

Beautiful outdoor venue! Perfect for our wedding, Eden and Joe are great! They are both so kind! Eden was always available to answer any and all questions I had and they both helped us set up for our wedding! I couldn’t ask for anything more for our wedding everything turned out so beautiful and perfect! They even had chairs and many others things available on site for us to use. Me and my wife got married here and we couldn't have gotten a more perfect venue. Joe and Eden are both so amazing, kind, and respectful. Their response time and communication was very great as well. The venue overall was amazing – there was so many places we could have set up, and they have a variety of set up decors with several different options. They are always around for questions and let us pick our own food and bar vendors! Overall, we had an amazing experience with them and the venue.
