Xfinity Store by Comcast

My monthly price was triple without any notice. After talking with an agent, we finalize the the current offer and just need to follow up within a week. But that follow up is never came. Instead, after multiple other follow-ups with both live agents or over the chat and several more hours of my time, I'm now being told those offers, which a previous Xfinity representative assured me that I qualified for and in the process of finalizing, never actually existed for my account. That's frustrating because I relied on the information provided by Xfinity and delayed exploring other providers. At this point, it's not just a pricing issue—it's a trust issue. I was hoping Xfinity would honor the commitment made by its representative or provide a comparable loyalty offer, especially after being a customer for over two years. Instead, I've ended up back where I started after investing significant time and effort. And here is what Xfinity provide help to the customer, quoted " I know it may take some time to find a new provider, but want to help make the closing of the account as easy as possible"

My experience at this store was amazing! In and out...opened three new lines and bought 3 phones. My service for the past 3 months has been great. Gone are the days when you have to put up with extremely rude service and heavy fees from AT&T!! I am so happy with my decision to switch!

Ordered this but my place doesn't allow them and they knew that and still let me pay for them but it was an easy return and got most of my money back

Know help and raising prices on every service. I'm leaving their services after 8 years.

The wait was about 5 minutes until we were spoken to to do an upgrade. Fernando was amazing. He provided the best customer service. Explained everything thoroughly, he was very polite and professional. He made sure we left the store completely set-up. He went above and beyond. Suggesting the protection insurance on the new phone, I was sold from all that he explained that was included. I asked for any promotions going on and he did try to find anything even on the phone accessories, I did appreciate that so much. He went and showed us the cool features the phone had. He showed me the difference (extra amount)I would be paying on my bill for the next 24 months and also added I could pay off the phone sooner if I would like.
