Great experience with RXO! They delivered my LG washer and dryer, provided haul away of old machine and installation of my new machines. Appteciate that they allowed me time to clean the area after removing my old machines. Only small complaint, is that they forgot to turn the gas on for my dryer (🤦‍♀️)

The two gentlemen that delivered my 12 foot long package, couldn’t have been more courteous! I told them they could leave it downstairs, but they said they would be happy to bring it upstairs for me and they did with a smile on their face! I highly recommend this company and I hope you’re lucky enough to get these two gentlemen!!😊

Great experience with this company. They kept me informed about the time of delivery right up to the time they called me 25 minutes before arrival. They were courteous and efficient. My sofa needed to be assembled which they did promptly and placed it exactly where I wanted it. They hauled away all boxes and wrapping.

Every time this company delivers, the staff is always courteous and kind. They handled my packages with care and put them exactly where I ask them too. I always try to help, but they tell me not to worry about it. Their communication is spot on and they are value my time. I really appreciate companies like this. This truly is service!

**BEWARE** Worst experience I have ever had trying to get my package delivered/contact anyone. I spent 11 days and 7 rescheduled deliveries, calling 5 different customer service number 4-5 times a day with no answer and 2 email addresses with little to no communication. My delivery was originally scheduled April 2nd with an 8-8 delivery window. We were home all day and got a notification package was rescheduled to April 4th. I was like ok things happen no big deal. On the 4th rescheduled again to the 6th. Now arriving on the 8th. At this point I started to call customer service to see as to why. Once I finally got ahold of someone all I was told was it was rescheduled no reason as to why. Once April 8th comes I get rescheduled to the 10th and notify it is marked as VIP. Rescheduled again to the 11th then again to the 13th. April 13th I finally am able to contact a representative that gives the delivery team my phone number to contact me to meet them at the entrance of my housing complex. Positive delivery guys were very nice and helpful. Package was in good shape when it finally arrived.

Michael & Mark arrived within the window of time as scheduled. They were very professional & polite. I didn’t know they would assemble my Polywood order, so was very happy about that. They did a great job.

Horrible!! Ordered from IKEA and for 2 weeks we have been told 4 different delivery dates. First it has been picked up and is in RXO possession, then it hasn’t been picked up. Same story over and over. Every email and every phone call you get s different answer. It is a time sensitive delivery and no one, not IKEA nor RXO can give a truthful, accurate response!! Do not recommend at all!!

I have used Gold Rush for a few last miles and unfortunately they really disappointed today. The lack of communication, discovering TWO emails I was using were going to ‘management’ and apparently there were no management in the office all day, as two emails I sent were at 1:05 EDT containing critical information for a POD. I was not provided anything with a signature and was told it was my fault. It is usually ok to just receive a typed name a pictures on the dock. All my customers require a signature for payment. The driver assured me he would get a signature on his phone. I was also told they would get signed PODs, but 2 hours later they told me there would be an additional charge and could not get them until Tuesday. I found this out when I asked for an ETA, they told me they would get them signed, so I was waiting. Terrible customer service and communication. Again, I am very disappointed as they have been my go to for SFO area.

Law firm in Denver and needed court documents delivered to the Federal Courthouse in San Jose. Was pleased with the service and the price was very reasonable. Andy kept me updated through the whole process. Would definitely use again.

Charged me for a mail service and e-file for 100.00. Titled his FL335 wrong, sent the court my financial docs, and got my paperwork rejected. He filed on a Friday and it took me texting till Tuesday to receive my FL335. Of course the court rejected my paperwork and he never even e-filed it. He sent me a pic of an envelope, like I need proof bro. He has now blocked me. No refunds

Best place ever!! I go here weekly to drop off packages w/ prepaid labels already attached. Simple, walk in, say «dropping off» and they take it and you leave, way faster than anywhere else when it comes to dropping something off. Never had a package go missing, everything has went wonderful with this place, thankful for my dad telling me about it. Thank you mail boxes and more for being so convenient and safe with everything. Definitely a 5 star place.

They also make awesome color copies or your photos and can make them bigger or smaller and even crop out stuff. Love it.

The associate, David, was especially helpful. As soon as I went in, wasn’t too busy so that was a plus. David was more than efficient at getting my shipment set up and checked to make sure it was ready for the next steps. I did make minor mistakes but they were fixed with ease and the associate was extremely nice and helpful in doing so!

David is great when I comes to his job! He did go above and beyond and always asked if he could help in shape or form. Overall great experience, second time I came in and he made it his first priority to help get me every detail correct on my package correct, even triple checking! He offered me a physical and digital receipt (both, you don’t tend to get both receipts at most stores). He looks for active deals for me (to save money) so I don’t have to, That’s what’s keeps me coming back.

I’ve been going to this business for a few years now, just recently had to get several live scans for my job and they were absolutely amazing. They’re very sweet, kind, and helped me out very much. Fast and great service is what you get when you come into their shop. I’ve also had nice conversations with both husband and wife, both are equally great.

I’ve used this place for years never had a bad experience they were patient downloaded a form that I didn’t do correctly. However my son went in with his wife and they were rude and she said this isn’t you clearly had his license. I called because I never experienced this and she was definitely so unprofessional just rude and belittling will never take my business there or recommend disappointing..

Go to Package depot! There scan was $75 and at this place is $100. Also owners arent that nice here and at package depot they are lovely. Have you noticed when reviews call them out for not being kind they get defensive or rude rather than say something nice and professional or apologizing? Taking my business elsewhere.

Was recommended to come here for a live scan. Glad I did. This place had such a wholesome and peaceful vibe.

Update: The owner’s response mentions that I made a self-deprecating comment first. I want to clarify that this was after both employees laughed at my question. For context: I asked a simple question, she answered in a condescending tone, and then her husband laughed — that’s what made me uncomfortable. All the bad reviews will tell you the same thing, the owners are super rude!! I was getting a live scan and asked what «child over 6» meant and her and her husband literally laughed at me and she was so condescending and made me feel dumb. I could have told her I didn’t understand because of her grammar/english, but I didn’t. When I got my fingerprints done he snapped at me and spoke sharply to not put your fingers down. Owners, educate yourself on how to treat customers!

Lady was nice when I called before showing up. Guy was super rude when I showed up. Was not helpful at all and made me feel like I was dumb just because I asked how a notary works since I’ve never had one done. He said he could not help so I went with a mobile service notary instead. Don’t go unless you like rude service and a big waste of time.

Liars, gives out false information and claims postage is «Out For Delivery» but withholds it till closing not even delivering it to the customer. They also claim the package was misplaced, vehicle troubles or ran out of time. Driver attempted delivery to wrong location claims to had made 3 attempts absolutely no one knock on the door. There’s no gate we are a corner unit. Can’t get a hold of anyone at ontrac no working number I don’t understand how the job is hard when Google Maps does the work for you

late delivery according to the system by 1 day than ot says it says it was loaded onto a vehicle twice Tham a text says the need ore information and shows no address. mind you this was a walmart order. the system not ony asked for correct address but a hne number and hours which everything should have been available from walmart. maybe it’s the shippers mistake but this is horrible service as wamart system shows 7:48pm and we weee available with gates wide open and tye ontrac text cam in rom 2 different home numbers with 1 at 7:01pm and another at 8:00pm but again no phone call. my camers show a suspicious pickup truck that sat across the street but no me got out the vehicle and no one called.

Everytime I see OnTrac on the delivery info. I internally scream then start dreading the refund process knowing I’m going to have to either A. pay for an entire new order because it will never be delivered, B. wait for a refund because I dont have the money to repurchase and pray to GOD OnTrac doesn’t touch the package with a 500ft flagpole, or C. cancel the order because I won’t need it by then. I really thought this was a Chinese SCAM company until I found out you’re an American company…..

One star is giving them to much credit it should be negative five stars. I ordered a package from Amazon, OnTrac was the shipping company. they said on the first day that a truck had broken down while attempting to deliver, at least that’s what amazon said, then the next morning I sat at home waiting for the package and surprise, now they are saying the address is undeliverable. I have had the same address for 9 years and every other shipping company has no problems but OnTrac? What a joke of a company, they should just close their doors. I didn’t think it got any worse than UPS but I have once again been proven wrong. My score is a negative 15. Avoid like the plague!!!

I work directly with GLS shipping Visalia location. I would like to acknowledge our delivery driver Pablo, who comes thru on time rain or shine!! Pablo has been coming to the office for over a year now, I have never received this type of expectational customer service from a driver ever. He knows how important our medication shipment is and understands, he plays a big part in our health care system THANK YOU again Pablo!!

This shipping company is a joke. Drivers are lazy. Lied and said the road was closed to get into my neighborhood you can’t legally close a rode into a neighborhood so that was a flat out lie. Driver was just too lazy to go around and wait in traffic to get my package to me on time. If I could give zero stars i would. This is not the first issue we’ve had with them. Last year after Christmas they destroyed a one of a kind item by throwing it on the porch and breaking it.

Not familiar with GLS other than the warehouse I order from use them for deliveries all through the years. Turn around has always been quick and they haven’t missed a delivery time.

GLS drivers are driving recklessly throughout the City of Visalia. Van drivers use highway 198 and plaza drive as if it’s a race track. Today again I witnessed another GLS van doing 90+ mph down 198 swerving in and out of traffic. The van I witnessed today looked like it had been in many wrecks on all sides of the vehicle. Hopefully GLS will step up and do something about the reckless driving.

1-800 number was the hands down the worst service from a delivery service I have ever had as a customer. Every single aspect had something wrong my package couldn’t be delivered because I’m on a military base. every other company/ drivers would call to inform me they are at the gate so I can pick it up. No responses to emails sent to GLS about what I can do to correct this on my end. Customer service number wants to rush you off the phone, and kept making promises such as we will do same day re-delivery or will be there on this day from this time to this time. I’ve had enough of this GLS your service it’s beyond terrible and you clearly have no intent on working with your customers. However, once I stopped calling the 1-800 number and managed to talk to someone in the warehouse my problem was immediately resolved.

⭐ 1 Star This is by far the worst freight shipping company I have ever dealt with. My package was supposed to be delivered on May 27. The tracking showed «Out for Delivery» all day, but around 8:00 PM the status suddenly changed to «Delayed.» The next day, May 28, it again showed «Out for Delivery,» and once again nobody showed up. There was no delivery, no explanation, and no update. I have called customer service three times, and every time I got the same answer: they don’t know where my package is, they can’t get ahold of the driver, and they can’t provide any information on when it will be delivered. I even asked to speak with a supervisor and was unable to get any help. How does a shipping company lose track of a package that is supposedly «Out for Delivery» for two straight days? The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is unbelievable. As of today, I still have not received my package, and nobody can tell me where it is. If you have a choice, avoid TForce Logistics and use a different shipping company.

It’s alway a damn issue with On Trac! They say the gates were locked but we have no locked gates, gates are open 24/7 due to ppl breaking them

I order a refrigerator from Home Depot. Sadly they used this company. My item is marked delivered on Aug 28. No item was delivered. I continuously checked the status all weekend (Aug 28 – Sept 1) it did not say delivered.I checked it this morning (Sept 2) and it said it was delivered on Aug 28. This company sucks. I don’t know if it is just the Fresno office that has poor service but I definitely will not be ordering from Home Depot again in fear that they will use this company for their deliveries in the future. Update: 09/02/2020 (same day) and after the owner left a comment down below. I received an email telling me my item is delivered. I called them and customer service is telling me the same thing. The item was delivered on Aug 28 in front of the garage. We don’t have a garage! This place is a scam and if you are the owner and reading this here is the tracking number : 100000209869

This company deserves all of its negative reviews. My package was marked delivered on Saturday and wasn’t actually delivered until Monday, to the wrong house on the complete other side of our neighborhood, despite having the correct delivery address clearly marked on it. Luckily our neighbor was honest and made the trip across the neighborhood to bring it to us, but I got no assistance trying to contact the company. All I received were automated email replies and no follow up. Incredibly disappointed amazon would use such a low quality service.

I wish I had the option of 0 stars. They were unable to deliver my package to the UPS store (I pay for a mailbox so my deliveries go there instead of my front porch) because they arrived after hours on a Friday. Sounds reasonable. Not a big deal except the package was not sent out the next morning for delivery either. I got notification from Amazon to contact the service they use for local same day deliveries, so I did. When I managed through their automated system, I spoke with a male voice that was extremely rude. He was trying to place «blame» on the UPS store and kept questioning ME about the hours of operation saying » How can we deliver if YOU don’t know when they close.» I had already given him the tracking number. I just wanted to know where my package was and when to expect it. I finally said that I just wanted my package! After what had been a very frustrating call because they were offering NO information or solution. The final straw was when he hung up on me! I quickly got a call from them. This time the guy was at least attempting to resolve the issues. He agreed that it should have been sent out again and did not know why it hadn’t been. He offered the option of me going to their business to pick it up which is not what I paid for. The final solution he offered was for it to be delivered possibly Monday. I let him know that this level of customer service was NOT Amazon quality. Side-note: I did call Amazon. They were apologetic and acknowledged the level of bad customer service I received. Maybe if enough people speak up, these guys will no longer be contracted with Amazon and be forced to eliminate people who are unwilling to help customers and build up their own customer service to stay in business.
