I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Ting and his PA, Ellie. My entire family sees Dr. Ting, and we've all consistently received exceptional care. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Dr. Ting is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without making you feel rushed. Ellie is equally amazing—professional, compassionate, and attentive. She made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. It's clear that they both genuinely care about their patients and work together as an exceptional team. The entire office is efficient, friendly, and well organized. If you're looking for a dermatologist who combines expertise with outstanding bedside manner, I highly recommend Dr. Ting’s office. I'm grateful that my family found such an excellent team for our dermatology care!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Ellie, the PA-C who did my microneedling treatment, was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, patient, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She walked me through every step before she did it, so I always knew what to expect, which really helped me feel at ease. She answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. Akilah, the MA assisting Ellie, was also wonderful. She was so friendly, had such a calming presence, and took great care of me throughout the procedure. I also want to give a huge thank you to Patrice and LJ for drawing my blood with great care. That’s usually the hardest part for me, but they were both so kind, patient, and reassuring that they made the whole process so much easier than I expected. My skin already feels tighter, and I can’t wait to see my results continue to improve over the next few weeks. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Ellie and the entire team to anyone considering microneedling!

We appreciate how quickly CDC was able to get us in for an appointment. My daughter was very nervous and their staff was so kind and patient with her fears. Quick diagnosis and treatment plan. So thankful for CDC! Will return for sure!!

Mariya was so nice and explained everything really well. I felt comfortable with her, especially when I asked how soon I should come back for follow-up sessions to maintain the results. She told me it really depends and that it doesn’t have to be right away. I can just come back if I feel like it’s starting to come back. For me, that showed they truly care about their patients and aren’t just after the money. Will update after a month.
