From my initial phone call, through the tech running tests and Ana helping with selecting frames I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Then there was Dr Warren Kennedy, the absolute greatest MD ever. Took all the time I needed for questions and answered all my concerns. 1000% will recommend Valley Optometric Group to all that will listen.

Mom and I haven't been to get our eyes checked in over 4 years, and didn't like the last place we'd gone to. As New Patients, most of our local optometrists weren't able to book us in until the end of next month. We needed to be seen earlier. Valley Optometric Group was able to see us both, same day, within the week. Everyone from the receptionist to the techs to the doctor himself was very friendly, supportive and professional. We felt very comfortable and welcome. Since we were both complicated prescriptions, it took a while to dial everything in correctly (And I really appreciate the attention to detail and the technological advances since my last exam!). I would highly recommend Valley Optometric to anyone.

I loved this place the minute I waked in. I was greeted with a friendly smile. The staff was great from the Dr. to the ladies that helped me with my glasses. I took a couple of cards and passed them out to my friends. Thank you for the great service you provided to me.

Very ckean and wwll appointed. Friendly and efficient staff who put the patient first. State of the art testing equipment and no pain or fuss involved. An overall pleasant experience. The doctor really listens and understands.
