The whole experience start to finish was smooth, the customization options were extensive without being overwhelming considering my limited experience with suits, the fit of the suit is perfect and timeless, and Josh will not hesitate to fit in one more sizing appointment until the suit is perfectly tailored. Not to mention the cost is competitive with all other similar customized suit services in the Bay. Josh should be your go to for any suits.

Despite Josh and team spending a lot of last minute fitting time with me to create my mother of groom dress, in the end, I couldn't wear it to the wedding. The proposed design was not accurately executed. The dress didn't flatter me. I paid full price in March, delivered the fabric in April, and my first fitting in June made me sad and confused since the design by whatever seamstress I was relegated to neglected to follow the design. Even with the subsequent redesign, I often left the multiple fittings feeling more confident, but then the changes to create diagonal folds across the bodice were never executed and then they didn't have enough fabric. See photos of the proposed design and actual dress. Delivered 12 hours before my flight, the final dress was still a disappointment.
