I had a great experience at American Tire Depot and wanted to share how impressed I was. From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out. The store manager, Michael Kosinski, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The shop itself was clean and well-maintained, which made the wait much more comfortable. On top of that, the service was quick and efficient—I was in and out faster than expected without sacrificing quality. I also appreciated their convenient hours of operation, which made it easy to fit my visit into a busy schedule. Overall, the experience was smooth, honest, and hassle-free. I would absolutely recommend this business to friends and anyone looking for reliable tire service backed by excellent customer care.
They did an amazing job. I had a rental and they helped me on everything no charge to me 😁. I came here while ago aswell and they helped me with everything and even gave me a discount for it. 10/10 service will recommend always to this firestone
Always helpful, professional and quick service. My favorite place for my tires and tire issues. Today I had a nail in my tire with pressure minimizing as I was driving. I was able to make it over to them late in the day On a Monday and they fit me in, patched up my tire and got me in my way much faster then they stated they they would. All of my experiences with this business have been 5 star great. Thank you!!!
Chris A. is the best technician there! He was incredibly informative, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. I had been coming back multiple times for the same flat tire issue, and he was the only one who really seemed to understand what was going on and took the time to explain it clearly. I want to say I truly appreciate this company for helping me when I needed it, and I don’t want to take away from anyone else’s effort, but Chris really stood out.
The car was fully loaded with four bikes on the bike rack leaving town for vacation and I noticed a bulge in a tire sidewall. The car dealership did not have a tire and referred me to American Discount Tire. Chris was extremely helpful in finding a tire and squeezing me into his packed Friday morning schedule. I was safely on the road in 2 hours. Thanks Chris and American Tire!!
