Discount Tire & Service Centers Clovis Railroad Ave

Had a really great experience here! The staff was super friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what my car needed without making me feel pressured into anything. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and they kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be coming back for future services. Highly recommend!

It pains me to say this. I've been coming here for quite a while. But I finally had enough, I think, if you just want basic oil changing and tire services, this is pretty decent place to go. They are very friendly and they can be very communicative. But if you want anything else, please avoid this location. They will charge you twice as much. And to be honest, I don't even know if they're really doing anything. For example, if you want a new starter, it's gonna cost you about a thousand dollars. New ac compression? $2k Front Suspension? $900

Alex at Discount Tires provided outstanding service! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The entire process was quick, professional, and stress-free. It's rare to find customer service this good—highly recommend asking for Alex if you visit!

I recently had an oil change done by Ruben, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done correctly. He also checked my vehicle thoroughly and topped off the fluids that were running low, which I really appreciated. My car runs great, and it’s clear that Ruben takes pride in his work and pays attention to the details. If you’re looking for someone reliable, honest, and trustworthy, I highly recommend Ruben. Excellent service from start to finish!

Just had some extensive work done here. I’ve been going here for seven years myself, while my family has been going here for over 20 years and we find it to be very reasonably priced compared to other auto shops. They’re also, very very fast, which is a huge added bonus. The store manager, Alex is so friendly and communicated very clearly! Payments plans available and often run promotions for rebates or $ off future services. Great group of guys, definitely check them out they do pretty much everything bumper to bumper.

Staff was extremely professional and helpful in getting our needs situated. Remedied issues that Fresno store had no knowledge of, in regards to our purchase not being in system. Alongside being able to take advantage of our mileage warranty.

Gone to them 3 times for my oil changes and each time as been a good experience. They also let me know what stuff I'll need to fix soon, gave me great prices as well. Got to know them very well. Will continue going for my car maintenance. Thanks Ruben and Viking Fan Skol
