Bank of the Sierra

Humble request, do not go for this bank , one of worst bank in whole world, They closed my account without informing me now they holding my business money without any reason . They said they mail my check ,hell give me a prof If you mail a check , totally worse bank in the world. Ask me questions public before you go in there I give you answers, or debate me bank

First, I want to apologized for causing any inconvenience for the workers for dropping off a few cash deposits 20 mins before 1pm on Christmas Eve. However, I am writing this review is because I did not appreciate the look I received when the teller saw me pulled out my cash deposits. After my deposit, she did informed me that for New Year's eve, if I have cash deposits, then to be there by 11am latest. If this is a set rule or procedure, please put that in the messages for us, your members, so we are aware. Thank you.

I recently visited the Sunnyside branch and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service, even during a busy period. My banker, John, went above and beyond to assist me, he was attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Despite the limited staff, he ensured that all my questions were answered and that I felt valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such dedication, and I truly appreciate the effort John and the team put into making my experience seamless. Highly recommend this branch for their professionalism and outstanding service!

The employees here always make me feel like family- remembers not only my name but I see they do the same with other customers. Other banks have lost this touch, but not here. Seems like the manager Jennie lives there - she’s always there, smiling, & working hard with her employees! Fast & friendly service. 5star review is well deserved. Bonus retention for these employees, please!

Totally worse bank , they cancel the check and issue the new check and hold time is 90 days , don’t waste your time and money in this bank

Out of all 3 branches I visit in the Fresno area Branch 19 (Sunnyside) is the epitome of the standard. The staff is always very cordial, upbeat & ready to help. I would recommend any merchant to take their business to Bank of the Sierra. Really happy with their day to day service. You’re in for a positive experience on every visit - A happy & satisfied customer!!
