Chase bank makes me feel like family. From the security door man to the tellers to Mariscos pop in visits from this very grateful senior citizen. Best bank experience I've ever had in all my years of banking. Patience and kindness go a long way with me

Security is the first thing you see then the staff all of whom are Happy to help you get done what you need to get done with a Smile.

They only allow you to withdraw $400 a day, but the ATM doesn't even specify that. So you're left guessing what the max limit is. Then, if you try more than 3 times, it's locks you out entirely and won't allow you anymore transactions. Had to go next door to the smoke shop and use their ATM which charged $3.50 fee. Not happy. Waste of my time. I will stick with Bank of America instead. Chase sucks.

I would highly recommend not to open any account in this bank. Worst customer talk to Manager trying to open your account. There are 1:10 She told me it was too late because they close at two and the guy that opened now accounts was in lunch Who go to lunch 30 minutes before they close. I will never Do business with his bank

Banker Mauricio is unprofessional. We wanted to reopen a bank acct for my brother. He did not explain to us why they cannot open bank account and what steps we need to do. First time he said is "Why did you close your account?" My brother did not close his account, bank closed it. Mauricio only help his own kind of people and do not acknowledge others.

Quick transaction very friendly teller...asked some questions and she was fast and professional with responses. One thing this Chase is always busy. Glad the window or glass got fixed. I was hesitant to go by since last time that I was there but it was close by so I stopped in. Glad I did. 😊 thank you for being courtesy and friendly also thanks for having the AC on it was very hot at 9.00 a.m.
