OMG. What GREAT job they did. They assessed the areas then went right to work. They did a superb job. The carpet looks brand new! I highly recommend Stanley Steemer to have your capert cleaned. Thank you Stanley Steemer for doing such a wonderful job..hallelujah

Simply amazing! We have three dogs and considered getting rid of our couches. They deep cleaned our two sectionals and dining room chairs. Everything looks brand new! Definitely impressed and highly recommend.

I recently had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steemer and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ashton and Brenan were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment they arrived. They clearly take pride in the work they do and it really showed throughout the entire process. To be completely honest, I didn’t think the carpet they were working on was even salvageable. It had seen better days and I wasn’t expecting miracles, but Ashton and Brenan absolutely delivered. They worked quickly while still paying attention to the details, and by the time they were finished the carpet looked significantly better than I ever thought possible. What really stood out to me was Ashton’s customer service. As he was cleaning, he made sure to have me check the progress and his process along the way to ensure I was satisfied with the results. That level of care and communication goes a long way and shows they truly want their customers to be happy with the service. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and well worth it. If you’re considering getting your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend Stanley Steamer especially Ashton and Brenan. They did an excellent job and completely exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic! They showed up early per phone call request. Friendly and introduced themselves at the door. They were efficient and professional. Plus, the van was very clean. Thanks

I had a great experience with Stanley Steemer carpet cleaning services. The technician was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. They took the time to explain the process and did an amazing job removing stains and refreshing our carpets. The carpets look and smell so much cleaner, and the entire house feels refreshed. I was impressed with their attention to detail and excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning services. Thank you for a job well done!

I have guests coming and last minute construction had to be done, so I needed a cleaner asap. The team accommodated within a small window (great and quick customer service, btw) and Evelyn came to help. She had incredible attention to detail and noticed build up below the toilet bowl rim that two other cleaning companies missed prior (and I had paid for a deep clean for those too!). Our place has never looked cleaner. And with the competitive pricing for recurring cleanings, I can finally afford (and trust) cleanings with MaidThis – thank you!

I won a year of housecleaning in January through an Instagram promotion. Two very nice housekeepers come once a month and I am happy to have this service. They are usually done on two hours or less and my bathroom, kitchen & living room smell so nice afterwards. Scheduling is automatic and easy. Thank you, MaidThis!

I recently moved to the South Bay and was in need of some help cleaning my apartment. I initially booked a team that my apartment complex recommended but was left utterly disappointed at their lack of honesty and work ethic. I searched online and found this company. Jacob was AMAZING. I was thoroughly impressed by his attention to detail and caring nature. He cleaned much better than the THREE women who I had hired before. I am very happy with the work done and so excited to keep booking with this company ❤️.

I really enjoyed the service. And the cleaning was perfect! Very easy to schedule and they always kept me updated. The price was great and the cleaners were very friendly. I'd love to use this service again 😊

I hired MaidThis to clean my daughter’s house, as a gift to her. They are wonderful. They helped this busy working mom get her home organized and clean. I am appreciative of their attitude and help.

I've been a customer for over a year, and overall I'm satisfied with their service. They have good, hardworking staff who consistently do a solid job. When they make a mistake on some occasions, management handls it. They take full responsibility, respond quickly, and fix the issue without hesitation. That level of customer service is why I continue to use and recommend them.

horrible cleaning, didn’t clean my counters, vanity, dressers, didn’t pick up stuff off the floor. for 3 and half hours of cleaning i’m very unsatisfied

Absolutely awesome service, the cleaners were not only prompt but a few minutes early, were very polite and professional, the cleaners had all thier own materials and showed up ready to go. we left and got some food while they worked and they gave us a call 20 min before they were done so we knew to head back. When we got back not only was the place spotless, it also smelled great, everything looked organized and in place, they cleaned spots in the cabinets that we thought couldn't even be cleaned. Everything was better then expected and 10 out of 10 would highly recommend the team i got! Thanks again guys!

I had an amazing experience with La Maid Service. The cleaners who showed up were very friendly. Did a fantastic job and the two of them let my 1 bedroom apt spotless. Whole job took an hour and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a deep cleaning

My cleaner showed up on time and did everything listed in the deep cleaning service. The apartment looks great and I feel much better! A monthly cleaning is a bit out of my personal budget, but I’m definitely considering hiring them again for next year’s spring-cleaning.

Our cleaners showed up right on time and did a great job! She was very nice and whatever we requested she did it no problem. I would definitely book them again to clean my commercial space.

Booked this service for a next day cleaning and was really impressed. The cleaner communicated clearly throughout, letting me know what she was working on as she went. The cleaning was thorough and efficient, and I’m very satisfied with the results. Highly recommend, fast booking and great work.

SoCal Crystal Clean did a really amazing job cleaning up my place. My eyes lit up and I smiled cheek to cheek upon walking in after they were done. My mom who was with me went directly to the stove and saw how clean it was and commented "oh, they’re good, very professional". I highly recommend and will be using them again. . . and again. and again!!!

Very professional, Ithe team worked hard and very nice. You did a great job. Very pleased I would recommend you to my friends.

Alexandra and her parents did an amazing job – they cleaned our house even with the extra boxes and clutter we hadn’t emptied out yet. They made the whole process really easy, and SoCal Crystal Clean was professional and easy to schedule with.

SoCal Crystal Clean dis an amazing job deep cleaning our bathroom! After moving into a "bachelor pad" I realized I needed some serious help getting the tub and entire bathroom area up to a woman's standards. After some failed attempts on my part to remove the mildew and built up grime I finally found this business on Google, and after reading the great reviews and learning that they are a smaller local company I decided to book the service. They did not disappoint! The bathroom appears good as new (clean as possible without resurfacing the tub or replacing parts), and it used to look like something out of a horror movie. They also cleaned my kitchen and underneath the stove top which was a daunting task for me, and they tackled it beautifully. The whole experience was easy and seamless. 5 stars! Thank you guys!

Excellent service. I google searched cleaners and decided on SoCal Crystal Clean. The appointment time was between 11a and noon. Two cleaners came at noon and worked until the apartment was spotless!! The cleaners were professional and very kind. Highly recommend.

Great service! The cleaners arrived promptly, were very polite and professional. They made sure to check in with me at the start of the clean and to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction at the end. Booking was also super easy and the services were explained very clearly to me. They were able to book me on short notice, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this service to anyone wanting a thorough clean!

This is our first time using the service, and I am very impressed with the way they were cleaning and how detailed they were in the clean. We were occupied and relaxed while they were doing their service. We were most impressed on how they were cleaning the stove and the oven, and putting the burners in the sink and detailing the baseboards nicely. I’ve never been more impressed and I’m very happy with everything. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future. I appreciate their hard work and motivation.I

Adriana’s cleaning service was a pleasure to work with. My post-renovation situation was complicated. It was hard to pinpoint exactly when the work would be finished. This was a rental property, and time was of the essence because tenants were anxious to return to the house. Eddie was patient and willing to work with me. Twice I had to postpone the cleaning date. When the crew came out and looked around, they told me they did not want me to waste my money and would rather come back another day when the site was ready for cleaning, and they would be able to do a good job. When they came back, the renovation was still not 100% finished. They cleaned where they could and offered to COME BACK and finish the other areas when the renovation was complete! Who does that these days? They did a great job too: They were quick and efficient. I was already so stressed because of the 6-week renovation project. Adriana’s cleaning took some of the weight off my shoulders by being flexible and willing to work with me. It was refreshing to experience such good old-fashioned, personable service. I can highly recommend Adriana's!

Amazing job! On time and my place was spotless.

We use Adriana's services for our office and absolutely love them! They are extremely cautious, detail oriented, thorough, and fast. After every visit, you walk into the office and can smell how clean and fresh the space feels. From hand dusting every chair and keyboard to deep cleaning our carpets and floors- they are fantastic! Thank you!!

The deep cleaning service was outstanding. A particular highlight is the grout in our marble tile. It was very hard to clean, and marble is very sensitive. They did a great job!

Our apartment looks amazing! The team was on time, efficient, and kind. They offer all kinds of different cleanings, but when we were moving out of our apartment, our number #1 concern was not getting our deposit back. Adriana’s cleaning service has saved us the hassle of having to deep clean our whole apartment. Thank you so much!

I'm from Northern California and was in Los Angeles helping my son recover from emergency spinal surgery. His apartment needed much work, and I only had about a day to find someone to help. I had no idea where to turn but, thank God, I landed on Maid for LA cleaners. We could not be happier about the work done and the finished result. The two ladies paid attention to all details, cleaned everything deeply, and left the apartment in sparkling condition. When Made for LA left, I felt like they were made for me and my family. Highly recommend this company!

Duk did an incredible job. Left my home looking spotless and smelling great! They took care not to damage my delicate items (houseplants, decorations, etc). They really went above and beyond. They were also very fast- I was very impressed. Very friendly and polite duo. I highly recommend them! 10/10 cleaning

Team Duk did such a great job! My apartment was a mess of cat hair and fuzz and floor stains since I was moving out and they were super quick and extremely thorough. Would recommend! Super easy to book as well!

Tsolmon, Tsetsegmaa, and Baigali are amazing!!!! They do such an incredible job cleaning my apartment. My apartment always looks and smells so good because of them! They are so patient and kind and take such great care of my place. They do such an incredible job cleaning job. My apartment looks spotless. I cannot say enough good things about them!

Tsolomon and the team did a great job! They were very thorough, professional, and friendly. My kitchen and bathroom looked especially clean, and everything felt fresh when they were done. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!

Maid for LA did a move out clean for my anpartment, and it was absolutely SPOTLESS after they left. Dolgor and her associate were timely, efficient, and thorough; they cleaned all the cabinets, oven, fridge, and even swept the patio. It made me wish I’d hired them to come clean my apartment while I still lived there! Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for an excellent cleaning service!

The ladies were so efficient and everything was beautiful. They missed a couple of bits here which I asked to correct at the end (baseboards, moving little furniture pieces to get under the sofa) and they obliged. The oven cleaning could have been deeper/more thorough. And they were only at my place for 2 hrs vs the 2hr50 that was quoted.

This was our first time utilizing a cleaning service. Jenni and Blanca did a thorough job getting the house cleaned up after some construction. Especially with several pets, I am happy with the results.

Isabelle and Blanca did a great job cleaning my 2 bed and 1 bath retro/vintage apartment! Really appreciate their work.

Elizabeth and Veronica are the best. They are very thorough. They leave the house smelling nice and fresh. They take time to make hearts and bows out of throw blankets and tissues on the tissue boxes. Our windows and mirrors never have streaks and they even clean the walls. Best house cleaners ever!

I had a deep cleaning of the kitchen and baths of my son's home done as a surprise gift. Leon was an absolute delight to work with. Lilia and Isabella did an amazing job! I am very pleased with the result! So are they… Can't wait for them to do my home next.

Hired Leon’s team for a deep cleaning of the house. Very professional from the moment I contacted Molly maids of East Pasadena. Maids were on time. Very nice. Did an excellent job and priced very reasonably. Allowing a professional team on My property was worth every penny over random maids. Definitely will be using them again for my regular cleaning services

We hired Molly Maid to deep cleaning our house since we just had a case of ringworm with one of our cats. Our house wasn’t the cleanest since all of us are busy working adults with 2-3jobs, we all just too tired and busy that we haven’t really cleaned for the past 6months. They sent Alma and Yeny to us today and we’re more than satisfied with the results. Our house is very clean and smell sanitized. Special shoutout to Leon! He gave us fair and reasonable pricing and very transparent on what they can/cannot do. I am so happy with the results, I am booking my next appointment with them! Will definitely recommend them and keep using the service from now on! Update: We hired Molly Maid again for another deep cleaning session! Today our team consisted of Mayra and Vanessa, they are a very superb team! Clean thoroughly and catered to our request. We love Molly Maid so much that we actually booked our upkeep cleaning again with them! See you guys in 3 weeks! 😌

Isabelle and Elia were wonderful! They were very prompt and Leon was incredibly easy to communicate with. The house is spotless and saved me from the hassle of having to clean after a full day of moving. My house is about 1800 square feet and they were here for a little over three and a half hours. Super efficient and lovely- would recommend.

We’ve been using Pristine Clean to clean our office every other week, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. They are truly the best cleaners we’ve ever worked with. They are quick, efficient, thorough, and incredibly easy to communicate with. The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and their pricing is extremely fair for the level of service they provide. It’s such a relief to have a cleaning team we can completely rely on. We highly recommend Pristine Clean to anyone looking for dependable, professional, and friendly cleaners!

I fell for the 5 star reviews… don't. I booked a Deep Clean with add-ons: inside of the cabinet, fridge and oven for my 1b1b 600sqft apartment. 2 cleaners did an incredibly sloppy work in 1.5 hours, lots of things had felt and left undone, rushed. All the pics were taken right after they left. And on top of that the cleaning lady was quite aggressive and had an attitude. EDIT AS RESPONSE: I said "I guess maybe a deep clean is different in The US as opposed to what it is in my country" so that she should not take my disappointment personally, that has nothing to do with respect and just a statement of a fact. I have never had a disrespectful attitude towards anyone in my life. I was way more understanding, respectful and polite than the cleaner lady fyi. I was out of the country and got in touch with you as soon as I returned. And lastly I have never said and am not even looking for a free re-clean, just a sincere apology and ! any ! effort to make it right would have worked. I wish you all the best, as well.

After more than two years with no outside cleaning, I thought it was time for a deep clean. Pristine Clean to the rescue! Shannon (so friendly!) got quite a workout cleaning my triplex apartment and truly focused on the areas that I don't focus on. (I thought my place was relatively clean. Wrong!). I'd use them again and thought that the price (I added on the oven!) was well worth the hours she cleaned!

Pristine Clean really came through for our move-out/move-in clean. Julia performed the work with a real attention to detail. I could tell as soon as I walked in the door that the place was fresh and clean. There were a few spots I wanted her to hit during final inspection of the work and she did them without question. Johnathan was also easy to work with and made the whole process simple. Thank you! I’ll be using you again in the future.

Pristine Clean of Los Angeles was GREAT! We had a large condo (3400 sq ft) that had been occupied over 30 years, and sadly, had not been well cleaned since move-in. Before painting, we wanted the condo thoroughly dusted, cleaned, and NUMEROUS mirrored surfaces, cleaned and polished. Pristine Clean’s contact app is excellent, and we were able to schedule a full cleaning within days, with OUTSTANDING results. Valentine and his partner showed first, and spent 3 hours providing attentive detailed cleaning to the master bedroom and 2 attached bathrooms, scrubbing decades of dust, dirt, and detritus from multiple shelves and surfaces. Isabel and her partner showed up a couple of hours later and dug into more rooms needing significant attention. No supervision was needed, and the job was done without any change to the initial quote or scope of work. This was a tough job, and we were very happy with the results. They all worked very hard and diligently to clean the condo thoroughly. We would recommend Pristine Clean of Los Angeles without hesitation.

WOW! SO GOOD! MY HOUSE IS AMAZINGLY CLEAN! You're going to think Wave House Cleaning is too good to be true, but it's the real deal. Easy and quick to book. The price is right, and the staff are very good at what they do! I do not hesitate recommending them and will continue to use Wave on a recurring basis.

I’m always satisfied with Wave’s service. I’m typically able to schedule with little advance notice, and it’s easy to communicate changes and updates on their website and with their administrative team. I have recommended Wave to friends, and will continue to do so

Been using Wave the past couple years, and it’s been very efficient. The service has been well worth it, despite the price hike about a year ago (but what hasn’t increased in price) we’ve been on a scheduled cleaning, but each cleaning day the communication has been great and never had a problem with any of the cleaners.

I paid over $250 for a rushed and incomplete cleaning job. After I reached out with photos and explained my concerns, they agreed to give me a full refund. That would have been the right outcome, except they never actually processed it. I’ve followed up six different times over the past month, and each time I’ve been told it would be taken care of. It still hasn’t happened. The poor cleaning was disappointing, but what really earned this review was the lack of follow-through. If you promise a customer a refund, you should actually issue it.

The cleaners themselves did a good job, but the service/company was extremely disappointing. I was quoted one price over the phone with a promotional discount, and then after the cleaning I was charged $15 more than what I was told. The issue isn’t the cleaners — they worked hard — it’s the company padding the price after the fact. It felt like a scam over the phone: they gave me one price to book the service, then charged more once the job was done. Very deceptive and unprofessional. I would not use this service again.

Well it’s been a roller coaster interaction with this group which started well and then ultimately after two passes has ended not so well. Not a big fan of not honoring original agreements and then trying to charge more in the end. Reliability and consistency are also an issue.

Not recommended. They arranged for my house to be cleaned, and the cleaning lady had a serious emotional breakdown due to poor working conditions. I found out that the call center team and other parts of the company are in similar situations. I believe that hiring a cleaning service shouldn’t feel like having slaves (because they are modern-day slaves). You should reconsider paying for their services, as it is unethical to promote and pay for companies like this.

I recently moved in to a home cleaned by this company (move out clean) it was so filthy! Spoke with Marlene within minutes of us moving in and she took no accountability for the poor cleaning just made excuses by saying that her employees are not perfect and that the previous tenant probably requested that they don’t clean certain areas (I was in contact with the previous tenant, who hired this company, and that was not his request at all). I was given a date that they would come do a "touch up" anywhere from 2pm-5pm. As that is a big timeframe I had to step out and when the employee got there I was not home yet. The employee advised me that Marlene (supervisor) was not going to allow a reschedule. When I told the employee I could be on my way she told she had to go home to be with her toddler. ***The employee notified me that when she did the move out clean she DID NOT complete it because she had to leave to take care of her child and they didn’t have any intentions on ever returning to complete the job. *** Landlord was advised and will no longer be using this company for any of their rental properties and will spread the word. These are only a few photos as there was so much left uncleaned.

This was my first time ever using a cleaning service, and I am beyond impressed! They did an amazing job, everything looks spotless and fresh. My husband was speechless when he saw how great the house looked. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend!

YESENIA did an amazing job. Can't speak enough praise. She was quick and thorough and really helped me get my mess in order.

24 hours notice— no problem. Great job! I don’t think my shower has ever been this clean. So nice!

Laura was nice and arrived on time , prepared. Her work was fine. She did not go the extra mile to move items for dusting or behind items for baseboard and full room floor cleaning, not even in the kitchen. I may not use this service again, or plan to be there and inspect before cleaner depart s from home. I was at work, however.

Kay did an amazing job all by herself: there was a lot to cover so a few things got missed.. but nothing crucial. Next time will ask for two people just because this is a large condo and it is a lot for one person. I’ve used HOE twice now and have been satisfied with their work. Will definitely use again.

Veronica did an amazing job I would love to have her come back and clean again. I will definitely be using services again.
