I had an excellent experience with Auto Fast Glass from start to finish. After my rear windshield was unexpectedly shattered by a golf ball, I needed it replaced as soon as possible, and they made the entire process incredibly easy for me. They were also very competitive in price, considering I called about 12 different businesses! Lorena provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, responsive, and made scheduling quick and stress-free. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to book me for the following Monday, which was much faster than I expected. My technician, Arsa, was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely kind and professional, and worked efficiently. The installation was done perfectly, and he took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up and looked perfect before he left. It's not often you find a company that combines excellent customer service, fast scheduling, and high-quality workmanship, but Auto Fast Glass exceeded my expectations in every way. Auto Fast Glass did a fantastic job at replacing my entire windshield. The owner, Murdoch, was very welcoming, understanding and they even replaced my entire windshield in less than 1 hour and 30 min. This is a very honest and reliable company. Lorena was also super nice and answered any questions I had. I will most definitely be back if anything happens to my windshield again. They also have a mobile service which is a plus! I would highly recommend Auto Fast Glass for any damage to any of your windows.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was very disappointed with my experience. I felt I was overcharged compared to what I expected, and I wasn't satisfied with the value I received. I had a small crack in my windshield for my Tesla Model 3 because my kids basketball hit the windshield, but the representative told me that I needed a complete replacement of everything and I got charged $950. I also felt uncomfortable because they basically tried to force me to leave a 5 star review for them which is why they have so many 5 star reviews (probably bots too). NEVER coming to this place again! Overpriced scammers who bot their reviews and basically beg for them.

I woke up this morning to find that someone decided to smash in the passenger window on my car and I didn't know who to turn to for a quick repair and I found this company on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. Got my car broken into the night before. It took one breif phone call and showed up within the hour. Replaced my window really fast and even had a pre tinted one to match! The owner is very professional and friendly, replying very quick and clear. The first day my windshield was broke and I called asking for a repair. The next morning he would come to your place and fix it within an hour. And with a decent price, much better than big companies. I'd like to put 10 stars but 5 is the max from Google. Strongly recommend Local Auto Glass. The expert came to my place to replace the glass. All the processes are professional and fast. I wasn't worried about any damages during the replacement. He also told me all the details how to keep glass safe and secure after installation. Depends on your car model, usually it only takes 1 hour to finish everything including cleaning up. Price is reasonable. Originally ,I spent 5 days to connect other resources to schedule an appointment for replacing the rear glass, but either they didn't reply me back or cancelled the appointment due to lack of supplies. The Local Auto Glass just took 30 minutes to get the glass and had a supply chain to ship it to my city, they arranged everything and my car got installation in the morning of the next day. If you go to a dealer to get it done, it works also bankrupt.

I had my driver’s side window smashed and I reached out to Shafiq at Local Auto Glass in Hayward early in the morning at about 8am. Shafiq answered my call immediately and was incredibly accommodating. He came out to me with mobile service QUICK which was a huge relief. I thought I was going to miss work but nope, he saved the day!!! The repair was done quickly, the price was affordable, and Shafiq was polite, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. I’d definitely recommend his service to anyone needing auto glass repair— phenomenal job at a great price!

They did an excellent job of replacing my windshield. I had a huge crack going from top left to the middle of the windshield. They were quick and efficient. They also saved all my windshield stickers.

These folks were great. I have an old (2002) car and they recommended getting a window from a salvage yard instead of the non OEM aftermarket windows which 1. Didn't occur to me before I called and 2. Was the right financial and functional decision. All told, the window and the install were much cheaper than any other quote I received and they were both fast and professional. The window repaired was the passenger side door window.

The woman at the front desk was so nice. I felt like a baby going haha. Someone broke my passenger window the night before and I had to call off work. They took all my crochet stuff. I was mad sad. ☹️ A lot of places I called could not do same day and in the bay yall know we can’t leave a car with no window unless you wanna come out to it on bricks. Sooo they said I my window would be there within a few hours I called around 9 am. They had my window by 2 I was home before 3. I also have a back window semi cracked from another incident and she totally told me how to take care of that so I will be back with them next week for that! They did amazing. Attached is a photo of my window broken and I’d post the after pic but it’s so clean and new it doesn’t even look like it’s there lmao

Great place. Called to replace a broken window in my car. They had the part. The price was the same as other places but nut fuss whatsoever. I got the car in, they checked it right away, they replaced it in less than 2 hours. No frill, straight to the point, well done job!

They are the real deal. Shoutout! Was able to give me a direct/over the phone quote for the service I needed. First come first served. I was in and out with a new windshield in 35 minutes! Just $260 (total) in August 2025. You can’t beat the convenience. Really straight shooters, would recommend.

Great experience overall. Friendly and quick. Noticed they used Benson glass, which is pretty subpar in quality. I should’ve asked what they have as options but for the price I guess it’s fair. Next time I wouldn’t go with Benson if I had a choice – it’s some of the worst out there.

I had a great experience getting my truck’s rearview mirror reattached. The technician was professional, quick, and clearly knew what they were doing. They made sure the mirror was securely mounted and properly aligned before finishing the job. The service was fast, affordable, and done with attention to detail. The price included removal, replacement, disposal, the new windshield, and sales tax—no surprises. They’ve been in business since 1999, and it shows. Fred was straightforward, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. He guarantees the quality and workmanship and told us to bring the car back if anything went wrong with the installation. They also offer mobile auto glass repair across 18 surrounding cities, which is a huge plus. Between the pricing and the service, it’s actually cheaper than repairing a crack or filing an insurance claim. We’ll absolutely be coming back for any future windshield or window replacements. I had a great experience with Auto Glass Express this week. My windshield had been damaged and I had been referred to them by my insurance company. The person at Auto Glass Express who made my appointment was very helpful explaining how the payment would be made by the carrier and how I would only have to pay my deductible at the time of the repair, my appointment was scheduled for a day soon after I called, I got several reminder texts about my appointment, the repair staff was ready for my car when I arrived, and the service took only 1 1/2 hours, just as predicted. I would definitely use them again!

Seamless experience from beginning to end for my front windshield replacement – Ladan was very helpful in answering all my questions regarding OEM glass and providing an estimate over the phone. They followed up via text promptly with updates and took care of billing my Geico insurance directly. They were flexible with my schedule and I was able to drop off my car the day before and my windshield replacement was completed within a couple hours the next day. Windshield calibration was performed and a report emailed to me. Great workmanship and they returned the car to me in better/cleaner condition than I had dropped it off! 10/10 experience, would return again for any future glass repair needs.

My experience with Safelite was great from beginning to end. I booked the appointment online and the process was very easy. I was able to go through my insurance so I paid $0 out of pocket. They also provide mobile service which was nice too. The techs, Eddie and Frank were very helpful and knowledgeable. My experience was great. 10/10.

After my windshield was installed, that same day, it was raining. They told me not to take my car to the car wash for 24 hours because of the high pressure. I wish they wouldve asked me before my appt if id like to proceed because of the rain, but they didnt. The result of all this my car was leaking the next day where the windshield met with the too and leaked all over my shift knob and more. I took it in the next day, they denied it was the windshield because they "checked" and said it was the sunroof. However, the technician mentioned something about sunroof adjusters getting checked, which i had no idea what that is, but denied he touched it. Why bother mentioning something if you didnt touch it? So overall, i had a terrible experience and will never come her again because they took no blame in anything they did. Mind you, i had never a leak prior to the windshield getting replaced and suddenly its leaking? The technicians were also very unprofessional and did not allow us to talk and argued with us. Never again will i ever use them because it was not a good experience. So now i dont know which issue caused the problem because for all i know they couldve covered their mistakes.

This place is an absolute joke to work with. Had an appointment for a Wednesday. Jarrod calls me the morning of and says he can't replace it because I picked the wrong windshield… Bro, I give you year, make, model, & VIN. YOU PICKED THE WRONG WINDSHIELD! Then says he has to order it and can do it the following Wednesday. Against my better judgment, I say okay. Than Jerrod is a no-show. So I call the office "oh he changed it to Friday, he didn't tell you?" NO, again, I should've just canceled it, but didn't. He actually changes it Friday. And right after he leaves, I get an email about "hey, we don't know why we didn't recalibrate your safety laser things in the windshield, but you shouldn't drive until this is done, which we can do for an extra charge" Dude, nobody said anything about that until after Jerrod left? You guys are the WORST glass company I have ever dealt with…

Frank and Ed our technicians were extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. They did an excellent job replacing our window. Safelite should be proud, that they have two genuine employees who represent the face of their company.

I recently had my windshield replaced, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The replacement itself took several hours, and even after the job was completed, the windshield still makes a noticeable air‑leak noise once the car goes above 50 mph.I contacted customer service to get this resolved, but the representative was unable to schedule an appointment for another two weeks — and since my wife and I are only available on weekends, we were left without a reasonable solution.I expected a professional, high‑quality job, but the workmanship and follow‑up support fell short of those expectations.

Cory, the tech replaced the windshield and had all of the hi-tech equipment calibrated within an hour. He was on time, polite and professional. My car had no residue from the install and was cleaned after the install was completed.
