I have had my 6.0 diesel truck serviced at this business for 20 years when Ken owned the shop all my experiences there were great! Until recently under new ownership. David the service writer cannot be trusted anymore brought my truck in for front brakes was quoted $400 to turn rotors. They were at legal spec to turn. Then I get a call from David. The rotors are legal to turn but recommend replacing for new rotors for additional $300.Then I get another call from David your caliper is busted. So I go up there fluid is leaking everywhere on my wheel truck cannot be moved unless I replace the caliper. So ask can we go to original plan turn the rotors and replace caliper I didn’t plan to spend $900. Told me I didn’t have that option had to pay for all the services they offered without a choice to even have my truck towed back home. They forced me to pay for services I didn’t want at the time. Be mindful I was in there the week before for an oil change and brake inspection.This place under new management Robert and his wife Bree is now about taking your money the mechanic are excellent but David, Bree and Robert will scam you for every penny they can none negotiable even with 20yr valued customer. Will certainly find a new shop just be careful and if you can stay there to see the work these people are doing to your vehicle

I’ve been using this shop for years, and they consistently do a great job at a fair price. I always feel like I’m treated honestly, and the quality of work is excellent every time. I’ll continue bringing my truck here because of their integrity and professionalism. I’ve never once felt like they were trying to upsell me — just straightforward, reliable service.

Brought in my 07 Chevy 2500 for a check engine light (transmission codes) and a general trans/transfer case/differential service. In just a few days i had her back with 2 new transmission valves, new trans wiring harness a few new seals/gaskets, and a full transfer case and differential service. Put a few thousand miles on since with no issues. If you’re looking for a shop to get some work done this is it!

Brought my 1997 RAM Diesel in for what I thought would be serious and expensive repairs. The engine was making noises like it was about to explode. This is my first visit to the Truck Shop. Problems fixed the same day. Only had a few loose bolts that needed tightening. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable mechanics. Great integrity demonstrated. Another shop may have taken me to the cleaners. This RAM has over 380,000 miles on it and still runs strong. I was reassured it could go another 300,000 miles. Thank you Truck Shop
