Dr. Carr is the most thorough and caring doctor I’ve ever had. When I first came to the clinic, my allergies and asthma were miserable and impacting my daily life. He takes the time to explain why my symptoms happen, how treatments work, and the reasoning behind our plan. He created a thoughtful medication approach to help me get through allergy shots and improve my quality of life. I still have occasional road bumps, but I feel empowered, informed, and so much better under his care. I also love the office staff!

I had a stellar experience at Allergy and Asthma Associates. I first made an appointment at the practice for food allergy management for tree nuts, and Dr. Lee-Kim explained that OIT was a viable approach; I didn't realize that this could still be an option for adults (had only heard of young kids going through OIT). So glad I went through the process at 25+ years old!! Dr. Lee-Kim, Dr. Mehta, Craig, Alma, and Kelly were all very knowledgeable and helpful, and made the OIT process very smooth from start to finish. Everyone was thorough, communicative, and professional throughout. I went from being severely allergic to cashews and walnuts, to now eating 8g of each every day! Highly recommend this office.

Really disappointed in a new policy this place created. We used to come here all the time with kids. I needed a consult for myself and when I arrived I was informed of a new $250 policy for new patients. No one called me head to discuss this or explain this. If I had known I would have done my research and made a decision based on that. Now I have to do research post the appointment and possibly look for a new place. Very disappointing and wasted time.

Dr. Warner Carr, M.D. is excellent - truly one of the best allergists our family has worked with. His knowledge, care and bedside manner are outstanding and we have great confidence in his medical expertise. Unfortunately, our experience with contacting (via phone system &/or web portals) the office for appointments, medications, etc, has been extremely frustrating & can take weeks. Reaching the office by phone can be difficult due to the phone, voicemail system & the small staff. Reaching the office by web portal (Modernizing Medicine or Klara) is difficult due to who has access to the web portal system - only the senior staff (who you won't get the chance to talk to). If you message them, if it works, they won't answer - I tried for weeks. I share this in the spirit of constructive feedback, as Dr. Carr’s medical care is exceptional and deserves an office experience that matches the quality of his work. If our experience improves, we'll update our review to 4 or 5 (Dr Carr deserves 5 on his own).

We did OIT for peanuts starting when our son was 9 months old. The staff here were wonderful, especially Alma and Kelly! They were super understanding when our son started refusing his dose and we found another solution to getting him to take it (via liquid instead) that worked better. My husband and I also messed up and had to request a replacement dose one week, which the staff were able to whip up next-day. Alma is always so friendly and patient with our son. Dr. Carr was always very knowledgeable and clear in what our next steps were. The front desk were always very kind and quick to help us check in and book future appointments. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and we highly recommend this clinic for OIT.
