From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, compassionate, and professional, making a stressful situation so much easier. Dr. Anderson at Willow Dental is an absolute joy to have as a dentist . He is professional, thorough, painless, and extremely personable. I have been in his care for many years, and have never had a complaint. He has pulled teeth, created dentures, done implants...all in a perfect manner. He is fast, he is on time, and he values his patients. I can't say enough about him and his staff.

Went to Willow Dental for more than a decade. Had minor issues throughout—mainly with office personnel but now the office personnel is the best they’ve had. As for dental work: good at best for basic cleanings. If you have any dental issues, beware. The dental staff has challenges communicating, being empathetic and completing dental work with ease. I continued going for the convenience of location. Won’t be returning after I had to go in 5-6 times for one crown! My new dentist says the dental work done for this crown is awkward so I question their expertise.

I had an amazing experience at Willow Dental; they are truly excellent professionals. Dr. Tapia was finally able to provide a solution to my dental pain after I had visited more than 10 different doctors, including specialists, and none of them could help me. Dr. Tapia made me feel incredibly comfortable with his detailed explanation during the exam and the potential solutions he proposed. Also, his assistant was super friendly and attentive, which made a huge difference. I recommend them 10/10! Dr. Tapia, if you’re reading this, God bless you—you truly helped me! Highly recommended!

This place is my first experience at the dentist as an adult on my own and they’ve been very welcoming. Procedures are explained to you in detail and I’ve learned a good deal about my teeth. The staff is very friendly plus their lobby has a lot of complimentary items like water and tea. They even gave me a welcome bag on my first visit with them!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to! I will definitely be going back for all of my needs. I was very grateful how they handled dental insurance. 👍

Dr. Anderson is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’m old! My crown fell out and he booked me as his last patient and stayed later to fix it! His staff is also very kind and professional. It is worth traveling >1.5 hours to see him!
